I got a call from  877-559-1620 ... an automated voice enquiring about my CPAP needs.
Their supposed name,   CPAP Supplies Plus.   I ignored the call.
Have not done business with them.   Have to wonder how they discovered I use a CPAP.

I spoke directly with CPAP Supplies Plus ...      My  mystery  SOLVED ...
.... 4 -6 years ago I spoke to this company enquiring about their pricing ... left my phone number.
They enter my phone number  (belatedly)  into an automated reminder system.

I recall some of the US companies would, at that time,  not ship to Canada.   They now do so.

On October 30, 2010, I received an automated call from this number.  It said it was from "Alert Medical" with "important information".  The first thing they asked for was my date of birth.  No way am I giving that out to an unknown caller.  When I did not answer, it transferred me to "Customer Service".  I got the voice mail of a "Matthew Dolph" inviting me to leave a message.  I hung up.

Received the automated message "An important call from Mercy Home Resp. Care regarding your CPAP machine. Is now a convenient time?" I hung up the first four times (over the past 3 week).  Today I said Yes, it's a convenient time.  Then the machine asked for my year of birth.  I hung up.

You were correct about the purchase.  I totally agree with you about automated calls, but when I called the number back (it was left on my machine) it was the renewal service parts for (in my case Enos), but I suppose other CPAP companies.  I wasn't home when the called was received so I called it back just to see who it was calling.  That's what it sounded like to be.  Seems to be legit because I signed an agreement to allow a 3rd party to call me to remind me to renew my order for CPAP parts.

Maybe they work for other companies - I don't know.

ENOS is contracted to many companies that supply the CPAP to manage to ordering of supplies like hoses, masks, filters and the like.  Legit company

I also get annoying phone calls from them on a regular basis to replace stuff for my cpap machine.
It is for a company in Wichita KS.
I have asked them to remove my cell phone number and it has not happened yet.

I get this call every 6 months from the medical center that I see for my sleep apnea CPAP therapy. They first do a brief survey on the quality of my treatment, then ask if I would like to order supplies. Last time I ordered, their price for my mask was about three times higher than at cpap.com. Since my insurance does not cover the first $300, I will no longer use these guys.

This company does work for others.  They've been calling me on behalf of Cleveland Clinic which used to supply me C-PAP needs.

This company keeps on pestering me. I DID NOT sign up for continued contact with them. I just purchased something for my CPAP via Amazon. Since then, they won't leave me alone. This last time, I called the number and the machine that answered didn't even identify the company. It just started in on who was I, etc. I asked them to stop months ago, but it's clear they won't, and I won't do business with a company that harrasses me like this!!!!!!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

This number calls constantly, even though I have not used a CPAP for 4+ years. They claim they are calling on behalf of the medical clinic I use. To remove myself from their calling list, they state I must use their website stating my phone number and the year of my birth. What a bunch of crap.

I reported the phone # to my cpap supply company that I actually do do business with involving my own insurance company and or medicare et all.  These people are trying to get orders from you that you may not qualify for.  Please check out with your actual supplier and insurance co's .  As far as I'm concerned, these people are soliciting for information, ss#'s and anything else to scam you out of.  Do not respond to anyone without checking out the company's legitimacy without first checking with your Insurance co. and or medicare etc.  Just because they are trying/ saying/ lol  to give you a better deal, may not be a better deal.  Especially if you loose your life savings by giving them your ss# to qualify for their plan.
