- merlinn replies to You| 1 replyAnd the entire "sleep apnea" thing may just be a hoax like ADHD, made up by a bunch of doctors to make more money. I sleep a LOT better without my machine. My doctor told me to use it while watching TV. It will still show usage and that is all that is required.

- SR Coker replies to chedI also received an automated call from this number, but in the message she mentioned my sleep apnea doctor. I really do think it's legitimate. Just to make sure, you might contact your sleep apnea doctor or whomever monitors your treatment and ask about it. I'm thinking it's a service available sleep apnea centers/doctors.
- R W| 1 replyI received several calls from this number - all gave my name and all identified themselves as NORCO. I listened to the initial call's robo-introduction, and i then hung up. I got follow-up calls where the robot voice said "this is the second time we have called..." etc.
I contacted our local NORCO and asked them if this is a legitimate NORCO survey, and the person checked with his people and then said that they do not do robo-calls and there are no records that any open questions were on my record. He said that NORCO sends out snail-mail questions if any are needed to be answered.- Caller: "NORCO"

- Mark replies to chedWe can hear your snoring
- Bonnie replies to queenbeeI just ordered cpap supplies from my usual supplier. Don't know how this outfit got my number. I wasn't available to answer so they left a voice mail. It asked if they were speaking to (me) but my voice mail didn't answer!

BLOcKED YEAH - Chuck replies to R WSomeone does not know that NORCO does not send out paper when supplies are due.You get a automated call to remind you.
- MarcThis is Alpine Home Medicals new number to pester customers into ordering supplies they don't need. Looks like they are a company who does services for other CPAP suppliers as well to pester people into ordering supplies they don't need. Why can't DME's just wait for customers to call them when they need supplies?

- TL replies to chedFYI. My Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BCBS), Fed Plan, My BCBS has outside contractors that can see all of my medical codes that my provider via a bill to BCSC, code 610 and from that code, which by the way is pretty much a code that all most every Primary or any provider in network. With that code, the description of what is stands in medical language, it all moves right along to the outside contractor(s). These contractors are under contract with BCBS. They are a information gathers of your medical needs and then they are suppose to look for possible ways help you manage your health. I answered one of their sales call a few months back. I informed them that I do not want them collecting my information nor do they my approval to so. I asked them to stop and that I would relay to BCBS that they are not authorized to have an outsider gather my medical records as I move on in life. BCBS was very understanding, to date I believe they contacted their subcontractors and informed them they were no long allowed to gather my information. So I will check back with BCBS again sometime down the road. Not sure if other major insurance allow an outside contractor to do the same.

- Morris| 1 replyJust another Robo call. I guess they are not concerned about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, but they should. Each violation is a $500.00 fine.. I do file an official complaint with the FCC every time I get a robo call on my cell phone. You should too, and can at the following website: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744

- BigA replies to MorrisThat isn't a fine. That is what you can collect when you sue them under the TCPA, which also allows you to collect actual damages or treble damages if the judge sees fit.
- KATHY DI get calls from this number and it is the supply company that handles the reordering of my Res-Med supplies for my CPAP machine so it is a legimate number. If you have a CPAP machine then chances are that the place you got your machine from is contracted through this company to send your supplies to you by mail.
