I just received a call yesterday from 877-475-1339 from a Tyler stating that I know someone that they are looking for and they are needing information on them.  Then today I also received another call from 877-509-4886 from a Mr Hemley saying the same thing. So I called the last number and they guy answered the phone and said my son's name. I asked him who he was and he said the was calling from the Enforcement of Imperial Partners and he wanted to know if my son lived with me and if I knew his whereabouts.  This is not the first time that I have been getting these type of calls from the same people or company.  DO NOT give out any information to these people. The are NOT legal and no where listed in the BBB.

Tyler Williams called me too and DO NOT give out any info to him or anyone else with these type of calls,. They are scamming and frauduantly making up information so that they can get info on you and mess your credit up and get any information about you and your family.

Be aware this company is now calling from a new number. Erika from this company called my parents house, which i have not lived at for over 20 years and also no longer use my maiden name. She told my mother it was extremely important that I call her back. When I spoke to Erika she asked my name and I only gave her my first name. she said let me get your "file." She then asked me for my last name. I asked her what kind of company did I call and she said she could not tell me until I gave her my last name. (I never knew my last name had the power to open up secrets of the universe lol). What major secret is it to tell me what kind of company they are?

Anyways, I told her that if she was a debt collector she had the wrong person. I just ran my credit last month & I have no derogatory marks. I do not owe anybody. She insisted she was not a debt collector but would not say why she was calling. I told her there is a lot of fraud out there & I was not giving out my full name. She called me, so if she wanted information from me then she would have to give me information first. When I refused to continue the call she threatened to come after me by legal means for debt. (I thought she just said she was not a debt collector?) I told her to go ahead and sue and I hung up the phone.
