I just received this call and it is a medical bill place. They call me once a day and keep calling until my medical bills are paid.

Yeah called me and said I owed a medical bill from UNC. Went to UNC to ask about it and I owe no such bill so SCAMMMMMMM

They wanted me to pay a medical bill over the phone although the bill was not due. They had my name and  the correct amount I owed. When I said I planned to pay it when it was due they still wanted payment although they said they weren't a collection agency and when I repeated I'd pay when due, they had lots of reasons why they called such as the hospital wanted to be sure you got the bill-sounded lame!  Suggest you call your doctor directly with questions or to arrange payment.

They saying  I owed some money and asked me for my personal information

Called and said it was healthcare and that I must call them back at that number. I have no association with that number and my health care is with a business that I'm aware of.

They impersonated the UNC Hospital customer service and somehow knew my doctor's name and my correct balance. However, after I checked the UNC websites for the phone number with no luck, and see reviews like these, and then they asked for my credit card in the phone after asking for address and birthdate, I knew it was a scammer, a very smart and malicious one as well.
