This is by far a Fake, prank call whatever you want to call it SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

It was a sales call to get me to change to a more expensive plan that I "earned" from loyalty.  Wish I hadn't answered.

Pretty sure it's a loser from AT and T.  I block them every time they call.

Got phone call from this number and they keep hanging up.

Just received a call from them. Did not answer. No message left. Background info..... I just completed a survey for a recent transaction with AT&Ts cell phone insurance plan provider, Asurion. Left a bad review so maybe they are trying to contact me about that. Cell phones through AT&T Business plans.

Called my #,no message,ignored.

Today at 1:51PM Pacific Time Ron Miller states he is from AT&T Business line. He knew quite a bit about my plan, address and our cell phone numbers, etc,... seemed legit. He wanted to give us a deal on our existing plan, plus as a valued customer an iPad 9.7 32GB for $100. Sadly I bought into it, I should have known better, I can't believe I fell for it!. My first clue was no email confirmation. I tried to call him back, with AT&T music playing in the background... to no avail. Then I called AT&T directly and they have no info on this phone number.  I canceled my credit card before any charges were made...Thank God! Ron Miller says he is from Colorado so those post you read above or in this conplaint from Colorado stating good service... FAKE and a SCAM Postings!!! This is a COMPLAINT Board not a Kudos Board. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Got this call while I was out looking to replace appliances.  Told the guy I could not talk and asked him to email me his contact info. Got the email which says he is from HLPMARKETING.COM  They are telemarkers.  Called AT & T and they said they had NO affiliation with this company.  He has now called me the past two days but I have now blocked the number.  I may email him back to say he is misrepresenting himself as AT & T and that I called them to learn (to no surprise) that his is a telemarketing scam of some sort.

Some knucklehead claiming to be from AT&T Business plan...but have to give him credit as he knew quite a bit about our plan info.  Wanted to give us phenomenal deals and of course, needed my credit card to close the deal.  I told him I would think about it as I had an uneasy feeling about him.  It may have been the bad (fake) AT&T theme music playing in the background.  Sure enough, they are fakes looking to get your credit card info.

Received a call when I answered there was a pause then hang up.  I called back and it says they are AT&T, Please enter the extension you are trying to reach. SCAM

"Joshua Jackson from AT&T business."  Sounds like a scam to me.

They called me too and they are contracted by AT&T to provide business's with a single point of contact for their account because AT&T can't do it themselves.
