It started off with a man calling my mom blocked stating that he was trying to find me so he could serve me papers. He also was calling me blocked but I do not answer any blocked numbers. He gave my mother this 877 number and so i called. The company was called longview acquisitions. They were claiming I owed money to a payday loan service from 5 years ago before I got married. Was extremely rude to me told me "good luck in court" and hung up. When I called back I got the same guy who I believe was a "secretary" he connected me back to the same guy who was rude to me. He refused to let me speak to a supervisor over him and said there was no one I could speak to about my debt. I told him i didnt want to talk to him about my debt I wanted to speak to him about how rude he was to me he finally transfered me to some other girl who was a case manager just like him. They told me if I got served the papers and signed that I would be in court for some type of breach in contract or something and that I would be paying about 3500 or my wages be garnished 25% each check. But if I didnt sign the papers and I voluntarily paid I would only be paying 115 dollars and I wouldn't be served papers. I couldn't find this company online anywhere.  I think its a scam. Most company's let debt just go to your credit report after that length of time. So idk I just think its fake and I will be reporting it.

I have been called at work numerou timed from longview acquistions and they have been speaking to my managers and other employees about me when I am there and when I am not there and they call my phone numerous times during the day and a lady yells at me telling me to call a fake attorneys office so they are causing problems on my job it is straight harrasement and the lady tells me she is gona serve me with papers.

They told me the same thing and said they would send me the paper work in the mail after i set up a payment arrangment never got the paper work now they harrasing me again. they told me i took out a loan back in 2010. i asked why wait so long and my number never changed.

These people have called e numerous times with a blocked number, call back number 877-288-3254, claiming to be longview acquisitions, about some account they have no info about but want my information. Spoke to a Gary, John, and Don Capelli.

Have received numerous calls from a restricted number the person's name is Michael Keller, and so has my husband to serve me with papers. It is apparently in regards to a "Loan" that I took out on March 19, 2012 when the rep "Gabriel" that I spoke with transferred me to a "Tina" @ ext 403 she stated the loan was for September 19, 2012. I have never had a payday loan before. After asking the rep for information in regards to the loan she refused to mail me anything that she had and I refused to verify the address, but repeatedly asked her what address she had on file. Today I received another call that I refused to answer so the lady left a VM stating that the previous rep had issues serving the papers and she needed to verify my address, and threatened to contact my employer.  Is there a way this company could be charged with harassment?

Keep receiving a call from "Longview acquisitions" when they call my cell it comes out as unknown. They are saying that I was doing fraud for a payday loan in 2007..There call back number is

I have received this information as well, I have a different number 8887948460.  I had an arrangement set up and something seemed fishy.  When I received the email document from them I looked the address up on google maps and it appears to be a strip mall.  I contacted an attorney for advice and he said it's fraud this is a common practice -

This is the address I received.....hope this helps, I would not give them any of your information and this is a good tip from the attorney a lot of these scammers use strip malls as their address and then if you look close usually you can see a UPS store this is another key to knowing it's a scam......anyone else have these experiences?

They called me, they called my in laws and they called my family telling them I was to call them back immediately. Stupid me, sent them one payment. After some online investigation, I demanded a letter stating my debt. No return adress and no postmark.These people are full of [***]. They are a scam. So if you get a call from Longview Acquisition, in particular, Diego Rios, report them to the consumer fraud agency and the BBB.They can't do a damn thing to you

Yes there is a UPS store in that Mall.    And yes, It's a common practice.  I look up a lot of these debt scammer addresses on Google earth and they are almost always located in a mailbox at a UPS or similar store.  Of course in most instances you can't locate them at all.  But once in a while they make a mistake and can be located.

Ignore 'em.  Total scam.   If  they have a legitimate debt, tell them to send all the particulars to you by US mail.   E-Mail no good.  They don't do this, then just ignore them.  Don't send them any money and don't give out any financial information to them!   Don't let them frighten you by having them toss around a lot of worthless legal terms.

Same deal for me Longview. Aqusition they called my X husband (divorced since 1996) My daughter and anyone else they could find, a guy named Aaron left threatening VM for both with case numbers and threat of Law Suit.  I am filing a case and also may contact the FBI.   Think

I been harass on my job and my husband hv been getting treating calls from this company a lady who say she is a locator and need to bring me documents to sign she gave me s number to contact the number is a 1877-612-1332 and she gave my husband a number that was1877-619-1332  I call the number and the gave me a email address Longviewacquisition. Com I sent him a copy of my payment where it said payed in full he told me I had pay the wrong people and my case and I needed to take care of the immediately I had this funny feeling something wasn't right with this so I went on line and a page came up that look like a legal company then I Google them and came across this site glad to have found it gave me so much information thanks so much

Sorry but the BBB can't do anything about this. The FBI fraud division can. This is not an actual business. If any of the people who called and actually left a voicemail with their voice you can use it against them. I have a couple of voicemails of them threatening me. I live in California and can't legally record a conversation but these idiots left voicemails so I'm gonna use them to throw their [***] in prison and hopefully it's for a very long time. Caleb Harris and Geneva from Longview acquisitions are scam artist. Do not erase your voicemail cause we can all use it to help prosecute these people. I've been harassed and threatened by these people for a few weeks.  They are calling old employers, family and friends and threaten to show up at my work.  However, the first call I got was from the person who needs to deliver these papers to me but she needed my home address.  Funny, if it's legit, they should already have it!  They did scare me into giving them a cc over the phone, but after reading and googling them, I reported my card stolen so the charge wouldn't go through.  Now they are really harassing me with phone calls.

I received a call blocked on my cell phone on Thursday July 17, 2014! A girl named Macey? Left. Message saying I needed to contact them immediately on a claim against me, and to consider myself notified! I returned the call shortly after, and got this Macey? She explained that I had an outstanding debt with. Payday loan, dated back to 2009??? Which I remember using a payday loan once, but I did pay it back, and have no records of payback because it has been so many years, which this scared me some because I started questioning myself if I really paid it back,??? Which my address has changed but my phone number has remained the same, so I got to thinking if I owed this surely they would have contacted me before now??? I started googling this Longview Acquisitons and I have found out other people have had the same issue?? They have called back twice since yesterday! I told her, Macey that I had contacted a lawyer and they would be hearing from them soon.she asked me when that she needed a release so that I wouldn't be served papers for fraud???? Fraud??? really??? These people are a piece of work!! She just called a few minutes ago, she said this Is Macey and if I had found out when they would hear from my lawyer? I told her DO NOT call me again, and that they were a bogus company and this was not a legitimate debt, and I told her that I have contacted the authorities and she wasn't coming after me I was coming after them to make sure they have their ducks in a row!!!! She hung up!! LOL! I hope this is the end of it, but I have a feeling it is not!!!!!

I got a call via google voice from Caleb Harris using a number 877 211-9817 that did not identify his company but said they were calling me in regard to an investigations for Vanessa Forbes and it was a formal claim against me.  They gave me a claim number.   When I called them back, the recording identified them as Longview Acquisition.  Thanks for the heads up that they are scam artists.

Got a call from someone claiming to be a locator and told me I need to contact a bogus phone number he gave with the guy on the other end said his name was Dan and he is a case manager for Longveiw Acquisition and I had an outstanding payday loan from 2009 they have called my place of employment I received a fake email also the phone number was 877-210-6070
