I have , yesterday as well

Some guy named Chase Edwards keeps calling me multiple times a day, leaving voicemails and pretty threatening to come find me. Provides a claim number and then a telephone number to call which is 877-594-3820. I called it and it is a legal office who had no clue what I was calling about until I gave her the claim number. Then proceeded to ask me questions and I told her I wasn’t comfortable verifying anything with this guy threatening to come find me. Address they had on file for me was an address I haven’t lived at in over 5 years. If it was so important, they’d have my current address or my parents address that has been the same for over 25 years.

The exact same as the other caller comments. Very rude and threatening. They were looking for my daughter who has not lived at home in 10 years.

I just had a call from Sean Evans about my mother in law it seems it could be legit considering how she’s in a lot of credit card debt but they said we lived together the only record is my drivers license has her address but I never lived with her. If they also contact my husband I’ll be then I’ll be more convinced it’s real.

They are harassing my family claiming they are looking for me to serve me. I’ve had the same number for over 10 years and they haven’t contacted me. I called the number and they just asked me for a claim number that I clearly don’t have since they haven’t contacted me!

Hmmm.  What is the name and address of this "actual filing office"?  The lack of transparency makes one suspicious that this could be a "fake process server" scam. Read here:

Someone by the name of lovely called me, thought it was fake as well but had all my info and its something I actually did my job was called as well, theyre legit tbh

if they have something to file they should take it up with local law enforcment in texas it is against the law to threaten so obviously this company is trying to collect a debt they bought for pennies on a dollar.   they can call me all they want i'm not going to pay. Especially they're threat tactics...they are dumb it doesnt work

this is the same BS others call to threaten and try and collect.  They don't know the laws of collection and do it very sloppy its a company that buys accounts for pennies on the dollar from OLD debts and they try to collect with threats.  Basically theyre stupid.  my family knows to ignore them and I'm going to make lots of people aware of this foolish threteaning tactics

Yes I just got a call saying to call this number the message said they had a claim on my mom bc this was the last known address for her but she never lived her heck not even in the state 😂 scammers for sure . All the comments above saying they are legit work with them , ignore this calls if someone is going to serve you a police would come to your house ! Do no answer to these people .

Have had this number call me twice in the last 2 days. Some Kayla Moore with this claims office is looking for my mom saying she lives at my residence when she lives states away. This is a stupid scam from low life people who have nothing better to do with their lives then harass people.

They been calling me and my brother saying they need to serve me about some claim. This is like the fifth time they call me and the lady sounded so frustrated and threatening. They can come get me at my house.

Called name Deborah wall saying if I don’t call her back they’ll start calling my place of business. She had a reference number. Looked up on my local city courts website and no such “claims” exist. Idiot at its finest.

They have called me twice saying that I had a claim. They gave me a refrance number  I called them and they ask me for my info   .. when I was about to give my information  for my bank account it said called failed .. I called again and  when  they answered  they told me is you they called me by my last name. .. I fault for it and they charged me $307 from global group purchases. I looked up that name and it said it was a supplies  electronics company. So for sure they are scammers
