    Sounds like we all got taken on the same ride. While we may never get our money back from them we can take make do a few things to cost them what they've cost us.

    One thing is reporting. Go to Spamhaus and report their domain. Spamhaus is the #1 blacklisting service in the world and it only takes a handful of reports to perminately list the domain as spam. It's a very long, costly, and tedious process to get removed.

    Report there ads to the Federal Internet Fraud Investigations Department. When they are deemed misleading they will be frozen while and the investigation is underway. They'll most likely be audited as well.

    Write Facebook and any other place you see the ad. Enough complaints will close those outlets to them. In the meantime go click happy on the ads. Running up their cost for placing them.

    Trash the name everywher you can. If each person scammed stops one person from the same treatment you've basically taken away an opportunity equal to yourself.

    Regardless of what they or the bank say it's illegal to misrepresent intention in advertising. They may have won the battle in our cases but we together can win the war and in he end create a downward spiral for the merchants of this evil which will leave them wishing they never even thought about undertaking such deviant behavior.

    It is a total scam!! I just received the charge of the same $86.00 on my account as well. I called the number, finally after a one half hour waiting, a lady came on the line to tell even though I cancelled it in time, they had to charge me. I am livid!! They just kept saying I owed it and I don't owe them a dime!!

    What a hoax this is. I hope you get some resolve.

    It came from ProCleanse and that Acai Berry junk.....they automatically put you on a reorder list.  I called and cancelled as it was my 16 year old son.  I'm in the midst of fighting with them now.  They say go to their website...but they dont give you an address...the address I got from the packaging doesn't exist...they are scammers.  I suggest not only disputing the charge...but also cancelling your card as well and getting a new one reissued so there can be no mistake.

    I was charged twice for the 86.93, they say oneis forthefirstproduct shipment and the other for the second they sent2days ago, but the charges are within 4 days of eachother very suspicious.

    I have tosay however that after a 20 min. hold they answered provided me with address, cancellation numberr and order number and even instructions on return to my email while still on phone. well see if i actually get refunded.

    this company is fishy, the website why sent me to www.acaiforcemax.com was not the same one I originally particiapaited in therefree trial thru and did not even contain the products i was sent. I had read the original terms and conditions and a subscription was never in the works otherwise i would havenot participaited, the new website however hasa subscription listed. remember they have theright to change the terms at any  time at there discretion without informing you. yikes.

    If i dont get refund im gonna persue them for fraud, my terms i agreed toare not the same as the new policy including the right to modify.


    stay far away from any free trial, or anything that says free( except maybe free shipping)

    Same story as everyone else, had trial sent to me, never used it then month later charge $86.93 on card. Called Bank they gave me the 1-877-594-7828 number which I called and got the recorded "Our office hours are monday through Friday 8-5 Mountain time." Bank wants to go through dispute claim but claims I signed up for the product. Looking like I will be out $86.93 and replacing my card. Total scam.

    Here are part of the term and agreements. Like so many other people I tried the free trial and failed to read the terms. The reason they wait to charge your card is so you can't get a refund. If your lucky enough to return the product in thirty days and cancel the membership you are only out the shipping. Going to try and send the product back, I still have a few days. I hope I get a refund.

    5. Membership Fees. Upon registering, providing the requisite Registration Data and ordering the ForceMax Products,

    Chrissy, I am just verifying with you, did that happen..you got refunded? What transaction did you get it back on..the free promotion for $1-3$ SHIPPING? I got the same done with the colon cleanse Extreme product that was suggested as a dual-action dietary burn.I called them and it was a stale mate. I made him at least feel the can of ass that I gave them. The Discover Card Services said that it would be paid but we would file dispute 15 days after we did notify the co. that we were to be removed from their mail/billing list. So, if what you say works, i will pick you up and buy you dinner...please reply on this site...thanx

    i called this company to inquire about a refund of my money because i never received their product and all they did was offer to resend it so that i would be compesated for the money that they took from me. they said i was passed my 30 day trial even though i called the day i saw the charge on my account in the amount of $86.93 the woman i spoke withs name was April she was very rude. now im contacting my card issuer and disputing it with them. this is a scam stay away from it

    I was also being charged about half of what you have experienced.. ( I got the special offer HAHAHA)

    I just used the Live Chat option on the site that was referred to in earlier posts and hope that this was the end of it.. I also sent myself a transcript of the chat which says that I won't be send any further shippings and that I won't be charged any further... let's wait and see... and hope..

    This company debited 86.93 american dollars from my account where I have not agreed on.I have agreed on the trial which I have paid for but nothing else.Thiefs bast.....I have contacted my bank and I am following it up to the end and happy there are many other complaints and these so called MAX°FORCE?  They have to understand that misleading is stealing and surely they will end up paying back more than what they have taken illegally.

    Called the number 888-591-2190 and spoke with a representative who processed cancellation of my "authorized" account. I was given a return goods authorization number as well, and instructed to return the merchandise prior to the return expiration date of 1/11/10 for a REFUND. The representative stated he was sending an email with full instructions for the refund. My phone call was answered in less than three minutes. The rep was polite and non-confrontational. This organization makes it quite clear about your "authorization" and restates your approval to receive solicitation from a number of companies selling a variety of items. If you dispute the charges with your credit card company, the merchant is responsible for all dispute charges and as such will usually remove your name and account from their records. Continue to check your credit card statement in subsequent month's to verify no additional unauthorized charges are placed on your account from any unknown sister companies.
