I was charged $21.21 from SUP* MAXFORCE.  After some recearch I found the number 888-591-2190, the lady on the phone didn't say a company's name at firs, she answered "Customer Service", but I asked and she said the company's name is ACAI SLIM.  After giving her a piece of my mind she gave me a confirmation number and told me to call back when I recieve the product to get a return address and cancelled my subscription, so we'll see what happens.  Hope this helps some of you.

Yes they are with the acai slim and other diet products and their real phone number is 1-888-591-2190.  just remember your phone number you entered for the product you were scammed into thinking you just paid 1.00 shipping for.  it is a 14-day trial and then you have to return the product to them or they charge the full price of product. i just found this out today after i cancelled a month ago and then wasn't told to ship product back.  so they took another 21.21 for my card today. it took me forever to find their real number because that one they give you on your card info is incorrect.

So i too just saw a charge on my bank account for 86.93.  Luckily my call was answered after just 2 rings and I spoke to someone by the name of Jesus.  Once you order the trial pills, you are automatically placed on a monthly membership.  You MUST call in to cancel your subscription or they will continue to bill your account.  Unfortunately, they will not be refunding my funds.  I will go back to the bank to dispute and try to recoup my finds.  GOOD LUCK and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Actually, I called them and got the run-around also.  Was told by the woman I talked to that my 30 day trial period was up.  I explained that I had not even opened the bottle and wanted the money put back into my account.  I was informed I could send the product back.  I mistakenly thought that if I sent the product back I would get a refund.  Stupid me, now I am out the product and 86.93.  With so many complaints, how can these people stay in business.  Is there no way a person can get on their website and put an ad or something that tells what a rip-off they are?

I did call them today. I have two payments in my account with 78 dollars. They sent me two email, one, the cancelation of the membership and another one with this text

    Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Your order ID xxxxxxxxx has been fully refunded. Refunds take up to 2 weeks (usually 6 days) to show on your statement.

If, for whatever reason, after 2 weeks this refund still does not show, please contact us directly at support@acaiforcemax.com and give the password "xxxxxxx" in the subject line, and your email will be forwarded to a manager immediately.

    Thank You.

I dont know if I should cancel my credit card or just wait and see what happens. Still I have the first bottle and all the papers. I didnt use it.

They said, we can refund just the last payment....... I think I will lose 80 dollars from my first payment (membership or whatever).

Thanks for all this information and forum.

You don't knopw whether you should cancel your card? Nah, just wait for the crooks to drain it, then the credit card company will cancel it for you!

You bought poison from criminals and now you figured out they took your money too? You're lucky if all you lost is money. You have no idea what's in the CRAP they sent you, don't ever take it, send it back, flush it down the toilet, but never take it.

And thanks for helping to disprove the theory of evolution.

Bloomin hell, I am in Australia and this is costing me a fortune to get sorted out as I am having to call international.  I am currently waiting for someone to answer my call yet again.  I have a persons name that I spoke to LAST TIME and a cancellation number, hoping I will get somewhere with my refund.

Cancel your card.  I too cancelled with ACAI SUPMax Force and within a few days had another change from a company called SUP World Fit for $24.13.  When I called the number on my Visa statement they indicated that just because I cancelled with ACAI does not mean I cancelled with them.  They refused a refund.  I could not risk other affiliated companies changing my card and then have the hassel of calling them to hear the story that they will cancel future charges but not refund the one that was already charged.  My Visa company is reversing the charges.

A previous posting included the terms and conditions and it says any affiliated companys can charge you anything.

I unfortunately got sucked into this since the adverstisement promoted the success of someone that lives in my city of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

They will not refund you. They will 'cancel your account' and agree not to make any more charges.  However, you will keep receiving charges from other companies and they will tell you the same thing.  If you credit card company or bank do not agree to refund you then you will have to pay. Cancel the account so you do not owe any more money.

I got charged Acai Force Max. 86.93 twice in December.
The number to call is 888-591-2190.

I called for a refund. They said they will issue and it'll take 15 days for processing. I waited 15 days and call back. They said there was a technical error and reissue it and have me wait another 15 days. Nothing happened. I call back to ask for bank transaction number for the refund. They won't provide it. They now say they don't know what's going on and suggest I go to the bank to file a dispute.

Wow. They are [***]. How can this company get away with this. There need to be a class action suite.
