This company was nice enough to take in excess of $80 out of my account for no known reason.  My call to them went unanswered for over an hour on their calling system before I pulled the plug.  Does anyone else have supporting documentation and/or who these people are?

Took money from our account too, under the name "SUP*MAXFORCE": called the bank, they said the co. appears to be in Ohio, yet their answering machine claims they're open 8-5 MOUNTAIN time... Weird. The banker said the transaction went through on my husband's card on a day that he was at work ALL DAY LONG - this is obviously fraudulent, I hope you guys have protection with your banks or credit card institutions. We had our cards cancelled and the transaction cancelled.

Same deal, I just messaged my bank and told them to stop payment and that the charge was fraudulent! I also told them to issue me new ATM cards.

Anyone who finds this don't even bother with the company. Tell the bank that it was fraudulent and you want it taken care of immediately!

I am betting it belongs to the Max Force Supplement company!

I found this information online and it seems that this is the company in charge of the fraud.

This is a total scam.

The 'pay only shipping for a free trial' is bogus. What they do is charge $74.00 for membership and $5.95 shipping for a small bottle of pills. You then see $79.95 on your bank statement, but you had better be quick because you only have 14 days to cancel your subscription.

Yes.. Subscription, otherwise, they continue to charge you $74 per month for the next 30 day supply. Unless you closely monitor your account, you'll see this charge hit a second time before you cancel.

Now, canceling is a story in itself. To cancel, they tell you to send an Email. But there is no proof that you actually got canceled. They have absolutely no intention of answering an Email let alone giving you the difference when you cancel. I had to cancel the credit card that the order was made on.

I am in the process of going VERY public with this information. One last thing. It looks like Acai Berry has bought up some interesting domain variations, so be aware of all the variants.

Me too... They took $86.93 out of my account. the number the bank gave me is 877-594-7828.  when you call the number the operators say only "customer service" without a company name.  I am disputing this as well.  Good luck everyone

they took 86.93 from me too. apparently it's some diet pill thing? that if you ordered the trial they charge you a month later . yet i never signed up for anything like that.

this company is extremely sketchy. when i called the number, the man i spoke to didn't even seem to actually know what it was that i "ordered".

i called this company and they said that the product was delivered to my home but yet i never received it. they gave me the tracking number and an order cancellation confirmation number but said i would still be charged so i am contacting my back next to get the charges reversed. i had told these people that i did NOT want this product. the man i spoke with was a real a**hole. i infomed them that i had looked them up on the internet and that i fond they were a scam and that i was really pi**ed off.

i got ahold of them but they are jerks and refused to refund my money so i called my bank and had to file a dispute. good luck getting your money back

Called my boyfriend to confirm an order he made. He told them he wanted to cancel it because I told him that my dad had gotten scammed before. He told them to just cancel the order and they said ok. Then we got the bottle anyway but he never openned it. Today I can't pay my mortgage because 86.93 has been taken out of my account. He called them and told them that he cancelled it and that he never even openned it and they told him that they would refund the money in 10 business days if he shipped the package back. I think he's probably lying because everyone else has had such a hard time with them. I'm cancelling my cards and notifying my bank's loss management.

if you ordered the free version of a diet pill aka acaci slim, and you didn't cancel it...you get charged regardless if you do send the pills back on time. call 18885912190 and have your tracking number ready....and you will be refunded!

$86.93 charge showed up on my daughters account. I called this number and they said it was Acai Burn. I told them that I would dispute this charge and they said they would cancel her account immediately but that the 86.93 would not be refunded as she did not return it in time.
