I received a call from with not caller Id Listed. They left a message for My husband to call because there was a formal complaint and that the papers will be delivered to the place of employment or a the residence. So I call my husband and toll them and forward the voice message left. They told him that it was a complaint from T-Mobile that they want to take him to court of 1000 for fees and other legal fees. We haven't had T-Mobile since 2004 and we paid them off at that time and year. They even told my husband that he can paid 200 and then hundred every month to pay the 1000. What we owe in 2004 for 30 dollars that was paid off. Are we getting scam calls. They even said they need his ID for the delivery of papers and that they will be email the info to him. There has been no Email.

Someone from this number called my ex wife's cousin and threatened her with the police showing up and arresting her. I called the number back but it went right to voice mail. I wasn't about to leave my name or number. But I will continue to call them and back and harass them and threaten them with the police coming to their work address if they are reluctant to give it up.

Received a call today and I was unable to leave a message when I called back. The  Mailbox was full.  They are supposedly a process server according to the man at 877-671-9844. He was double talking. I believe it is a SCAM operation.  BEWARE if you get a call from either of these numbers.

They called me from one number stating they were from Dennis Law, gave me a reference number and a different phone to call. So I called the second number and ask them what this was about they gave me no information we're very rude and hung up on me. I couldn't let that be,  so I called back three separate times without giving them the reference number and they told me next time they were from Stanis law. I researched both law firms one was from Irvine California and the other was from Brookfield Wisconsin called the phone numbers for the individual law firms and they knew nothing of the matter. I have reported them to the state's attorney and if they come to my house I will be calling the police.

This is a scam number that calls to collect a fake debt. This number has been harassing me for a while. When approaching them that you know it's fake they hang up

100 % SCAM!!!! Don't be fooled by these people. They are calling your work and ask for manager saying that they have summon for you! and if you don't be careful, you will be wiring them your money or if not, someone at your company could accidentally give your confidential information to them. The city police don't seemed to want to  help so this is what you need to do to help yourself. Notify your co-workers and let them know about the situation so they are aware. This is how you can get even with them call their number 500x over and over until they get sick and tired of you. They have 4 different people answering the phones. I hope this will help.

They called both my daughters; I called back and asked who this was and they said STANISLAW & Associates.  Looked this up on computer and can't find them.  All I could find were all these comments on the phone number.

They called my house and my nanny answered. They went for the jugular that I needed to call them in 3 hours or be arrested by the police. I immediately called back. I immediately recognized the fraud since I have no debt. No company name and no company info they wouldn't even give their name. Lying you called us you don't know where you are calling. Total scam. Reported them to The Hackers and Schemes complaint online with the FBI and to the FTC for deceiptive collections that violate trade commission rules. Plus they are violating privacy acts. Total SCAM pay no attention. Just don't stay long on the phone with them. They data mine while you are on the phone. Heads up!!

This keeps calling me saying they have a forma complaint. I have never done anything. So I know this is a scam.

Summons  to appear in court will be sent for a bill from Washington Mutual between 2008-2010

Some guy called me by the name of Brian Mosley, saying that he was calling about a credit card debt of a card that I just opened. Stated that y owe money on the card that the account was closed because of failure to pay. I knew he was lying, but what really made me mad was how did he get my daughter's​  and brother cell phone number. I called the credit card company just to make sure that I wasn't late with my payment. Going to the police to see about filing a report

I received a call from this number they knew my name and last four of my social security number, said that they needed to deliver a summons and to call this number and refer to a reference number. I called called more than once and two names were used status law and corporate law office. This has scam written all over it!

I've called them back about 30 times at this point having a blast with them. They keep hanging up on me lol. Total scams. Gave me two different names of their company. I'd garantee this place is a scam.

Just received a call from this number saying they were from Stanislaw and associates and trying to reach my son. Gave gave me a case number and a phone number to call. They wanted to serve legal documents to my son. I asked where they got my phone number and they said it my name was listed as a relative on court documents. I immediately realized this was a scam. Do not give them information. I called my son and he googled it and this is a scam to get money from other family members thinking they are helping their relatives

They called looking for my deceased husband. He died in 2013. Their "legal" department told me I was responsible for his debts since I was married to him. I told her good luck with that. I get these phone calls ever so often. They are scammers looking for any info they can find. If they would do their homework they would realize he died. All it manages to accomplish is making me more depressed over his death. His car went over a bridge and he managed to get out of his car but his body wasn't found for 2 months. He literally froze to death in 14 degree weather in Jan. So I call them back sometimes and tell them he's dead. Sometimes they are nice, but this lady wasn't. It turned into a shouting match with me hanging up on her.

You have to remember they pay a online service to find any relatives with numbers. This happen to me, with my son. They told my daughter's friend he had her down for ER contact, which was not true. Not much you can do, but put the number in your phone contact as Don't pick up, and report the number to the don't call list. However, I found they don't do much about it.

Same thing just happened to me. Knew my phone, name, last four social, county I live in, in regards to an old credit debt. Saying I was being sued in court, is this even legal?

Nope. It's not legal. Nor are you warned in advance if you're going to be served.
