I had a Pay day loan from Plain Green and i was getting threatening calls also from these people i did some research and found out this information The owners of this company are jay buzak and Joe Thompson they also own a company called first reliance holdings. The person who runs there offices is Kelly duggan they all scummbags I would recommend not paying them all and calling an attorney and suing them  Jay buzak had a company that was already shut down by the AG of NY and Fined for threatening to arrest people and send the sheriff to there homes. These guys need to be shut down  

have you ever heard of a judgment where they garnish your wages? you may want to look into that, but don't give this company your money as they are out of business.

I am from a Law firm in California called Johnson and Associates.  We get calls from so many people
who think we are these people.  It is not our firm calling them nor our number.
These people have gone on google and searched for Johnson and Associates  and call us telling us
the horrible story of collection harassment from people claiming to be either a lawyer or from a law firm.
We are A Professional Law Corporation!   They are a collection  agency and do not use professional methods.  Do not give them your credit card information.  Ask for them to send you a demand letter on company letterhead.   Report them to the FTC.  Tell them they are harassing you and for them not to call you ever again.  Put your number on the National Do Not Call Registry.  It is free and you can read the rights you have to keep these calls from coming in.  You can also block their number.
If you continue to get calls from them get detailed information and send it to me at Alli@johnson4law.com.  They are very rude to everyone who has called us trying to find out if we are them.   Do not be fooled by them.

I got a voice mail from a phone in Canada, I traced it. The voice mail stated from Mr. Garcia stated there was a “complaint and charges were being filed against me and if I did not return their calls they would proceed without my concent” the next day I got a voice mail from Monica Johnson from Johnson and “associates “ These idiots make themselves sound like a law firm but they are scammers and I kept a copy of their voice mail. I plan to report them to the authorities for thinking they can intimidate me. Their tactics are completely illegal and the fact I traced them locally, they should stop. I am well informed and in this day in age we have resources to stop these fictious individuals on their tracks. Do not return their calls .

If you're "well informed", have you heard of phone number spoofing? Just because you traced the number doesn't mean you located whomever actually called you.

I got a call that I missed so I called them back. They said they were Johnson and associates. I said who I dont know who that is. And they hung up. I called back and said I was hung up on. And they hung up on me again. Then my boss calls me and said they called him saying I was under litigation. but I never gave them his phone number. so I called back and it was disconnected.
