Remember the Target fiasco?  Bad guys got a hold of thousands of credit and debit card numbers, and now other retailers such as Home Depot are reporting similar security breaches.  Also, if you've ever bought anything over the internet with a credit or debit card, your info is stored in someone's database, and if there's a breach....oops.  Then there are the less-than-trustworthy merchants who will sell your info for a quick buck.  Sounds like these NASCAR Club clowns bought a bunch of names and numbers from a credit card scalper.  That's why I make internet purchases with a pre-paid debit card from my credit union (not a Green Dot card....something that's traceable).

BTW, isn't NASCAR a registered trademark?  I wonder how they'd feel if they knew that someone was ripping people off in their name.  I'd find out who to contact in the REAL NASCAR organization and shoot 'em an e-mail about this.  I'm sure they would be quite interested

I have never signed up for your membership so l want you to disregard my membership charges

You will need to call them yourself to tell them you never signed up for membership or if this was charged to your credit card, debit card or withdrawn from your bank account, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company.
