message said it was an important call from Sheriff's Department with a complaint against the individual, asks you then to call back 877-715-7558 from the number 407-371-3660

they also use a dallas cell # 214-613-9323

I just got a called too it said the same thing about the court date and so.

They called saying they was from DFS and if I don't return their call a warrant for my arrest will be issued.

I just got a call from 877-218-8360, same thing, but they changed the script a little, still from the Sheriffs Department but this time they had a court summons that need my son's immedate attention and that he needed to call 877-715-7558 within 1 hour or they would issue a warrant for his arrest.  I will report this call to the FTC.

Pretty much the same as others. I received a call from 954-338-6055 saying that I was to call 877-715-7558 or a Sheriff's department summons would be issued. I was also given a case number. Has anyone actually called this number? Leary to make the call from my phone.

my mom got a call friday night about this number 1-877-715-7558 saying she owes for bill that she needs to pay b/c her daugther hasn't been paying on this bill and they want there money and the payment was stop paying on it  so there going send her some paper work on it and they want her send some money to them but her daugther been makeing payment on this through a debt company and been paying on this every month so my question is this a scam or not they even told my mom they would take her to court or put her in jail for not paying its some company from california they even gave her account number so how you know if this is true or not

I got the same call. They only call because your sister still owes money and has not been paying. it is a legal firm. I set up arrangements to pay my bill off for half of what was on my credit. I didn't want to pay anything, but I'm glad i got it over. If you have doubts ask them to mail you info. Times are tough, but not paying is tougher. Trying to rebuild my credit, so I was happy they gave me a deal.

Called  7 pm today- claimed to be serving complaint  papers and used the terms " to not be served at work" etc- appears to have called other people we know who basically told caller to stop bothering them.

Seems a total scam .

I just received a call from a man who said he works for DS Services. That my husband needs to call 877-715-7558 in the next hour (this is at 5:15 pm on a Friday night) or the legal company he is calling for will serve him with papers. I asked why call first? Why not just give them to our Sheriffs dept and have them served to us? He said he was able to put an hour hold on the case. he gave me the # to call, and a reference #. He kept repeating all this info and asked if I got it written down correctly. I told him I wasn't stupid and that I would call our local sheriffs dept since I have family in Law enforcement and pass this information on to them. Low and behold the man hung up on me... hahaha what losers.. do you really think we'd give you any type of money over the phone? ahahah get real.

so I called the 877-715-7558 number, the recorded voice is British and says its PH Associates.

I looked up DS Services on line and see nothing for this company being a process server.
When I looked up PH Associates http://www.phassociates.com/ says they are data experts.

all scams.. you can file a report online with the FBI and they keep records and have a team trying to stop these types of scams from happening..

I just got a call from them and wanted me to send them $300.00 on a credit card they claim I had,  I told them to send me the account number and the credit card company name. That I would call them myself and HE HUNG UP!!   877-715-7558  come on people!!!   http://www.phassociates.com/

I've just got a call from them.   They said they are DS services, and it was for one of my daughters.  When I asked which one, she said they do not know but kept saying that it is VERY IMPORTANT that one of them needs to call 1-877-715-7558 within an hour in order for them to delivery the legal documents.  They even gave me a reference document number.  When I said that I am at home so they can deliver it to me, but they insisted that one of them should call the 877 number first.

It seemed fishy so I typed this 877 number in Google and I found all of the comments about this number.   I am so thankful for this posting.  I want to post mine here so others can see.

Just got a call from our sister-in-law that she had a man call her and say my husband needed to call this  number because they are trying to serve him papers and if he doesn't appear to the court date he will have a warrant for his arrest.  My husband was extremely confused and called the number and they told him they had sent him materials to settle for $300 and he didn't comply.  He said he never received anything and had no outstanding bad credit.  We pulled his credit report and everything before typing the number into google and seeing all of these comments.  What a frustrating way to spend the evening over people trying to get money.  The fact that they pulled our family in is even more sad.  I'm thankful for these comments and hope these people find a better way to spend their time.

Received several calls from this number claiming they are "DS Services" and they need to serve legal papers on me.  Would like to know if there is anyone there that can accept them for me if I'm not home.  I have searched the number and DS Services and have come up with nothing. As stated in above comments, a "Case Number" is also given.
