Just called and left a message that I have several infractions against my name/ssn and is pending a service of summons that could be served at either my home or work.  I had until 7pm est to call back to 877-720-3617 and speak to an Abigail Fisher about the case.  Stated she was from A & P Associates.  This same company has called me multi times with different people leaving their names.  I don't have any idea what they want, I have nothing pending against me.  They stopped calling for about a week.....now here we go again!  Agh....wish they would stop!  Or I could sue them!!

I just got the exact same call. Do you know what this crap is about?

got the same coll but it was for my aunt.it is probably just a scam

Caller ID   "Toll free caller"  Started with this message is for (named someone unknown to me).  I hung up and blocked the number.

Got a voice activated recording from the person listed above.. but since they asked for Cindy and my name is not them.. AND I just got this number a few weeks ago, I called them back and told them this. The person that answered was very gruff, sounded new yorkian.. I explained I just mgot a call from this number and they asked for Cindy but I just got this number. He said "Sorry, I'll have your number removed" and hung up promptly lol.

I got a vcmail from 877-720-3617 same as all other messages left on this forum. ... ss# and a warrant BLA BLA BLA SCAMMERS!!!! I wish there was a way  to identify these people and sue them!! the amount of stress they cause is unreal!!

I also just received a voice message exactly the same as described by Sharon above.  Same name Abigail Fisher, same A&P Associates.  I new instantly that it was a scam, so I called them back to have fun, and I spoke with a guy who sounded just like how M.White has described.  He said his name was David Wolfe and he worked for the prosecuting attorneys Anderson, Nier and Greer, and that they are prosecuting bank fraud.

got the same call couldn't catch part of it because they talked so fast  sounds like they think we're idiots

Got a call from this number 877-720-3617 and got in a name calling when I returned the call. Lots of profanity and definitely a scam!!

Same exact thing described above - Abigail Fisher, who says she "has multiple infractions" (?) and I will be served with a summons at my place of employment if I do not respond by 7pm.

Caller stated name was Abigail Fisher and she would file suit against me if I do not contact her by 7pm. Great. Go ahead, lady.

I just got this call too. Crazy how close together multiple people are getting this call. Seems very scam-ish to me. If I had multiple infractions against my ssn I would know right away as I work for my home state. These people need to stop trying ruin people's lives.

I have been getting calls from this number and another number saying they're going to send the police to my job and arrest me or even come to my home and have me arrested. Don't call these numbers back or answer them

Same thing. Just got a call from this scammers number. He was yelling so loud and arguing that I asked to talk to someone else. The next person began to also yell and threaten with supoenas, lawsuits. Etc. He wanted me to give my credit card info. Ha. Funny. Scammers.

Just got the same call.  Its a scam.
