Yes! It is an ATT number... try calling the number (1-877-722-3755) yourself before you reply...

I got a call from "877-722-3755" with "AT T" on my caller ID.  It sounded alot like a call I recieved from a company that called themself IT Solutions.  Be careful.  See this Microsoft site for details.

It is a bizarre message: "Hi, this message is from Arthur. I can assure you this is not a sales call. Is yyyyy zzzz there?" (identical message repeats), call disconnects. The voice is deep, authoritative, and creepy. This happened while we were in the middle of an FBI investigation  (we are the victims)- so I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't related. It doesn't sound like a survey (no phone numbers left), the guy sounds like a cop, anyway - be warned.

This is from AT&T and legally they can call you because you're a customer.  They start by saying it's a "courtesy call" and they are "not selling anything," just making sure my DSL is working OK.  It's really strange.  I told them to never call again.

Same as Peter-D-G post. I told them I'd call them if I needed assistance and to please not call back. I also have this number blocked now. We'll see if they understand I do no want their courtesy calls anymore.

my email was suspended and this number came up as a number from AT&T to call to restore service. When I called it someone tried to sell me a rebate card. They tried to collect my personal information. When I finally got through to AT&T (using a different number) no one cared that this had happened.

This is an ATT number.  I upgraded my internet DSL service due to a price decrease and a pre-recorded message tells me when the change in service will be activated.

This number keeps calling me & I've had my Internet service with them since 1999. No change made so no need for then to be calling me at all.

I got a call from them around 5:30pm and then 5:50pm.  My ID was blank and they never left a message.  From what I have seen around the internet this is probably a call from AT&T, but I have never used AT&T.  I do have a no contract phone through Straight Talk which I think uses the same towers as AT&T, but that's the only connection I can think of.

    Harassed
This is an AT&T number. They will harass you with 30-40 unwanted calls daily. There is never anyone on the line when you answer. The phone call will disconnect as soon as it's answered. I had to have my Verizon cell number changed due to this. They were also calling my home number which was included in my package deal of internet + home phone service. I cancelled my services with them over this, paid the bill off, and they promptly proceeded to turn me over to collections. Even with a receipt proving I had paid in full they still refused to inform the collections department to have my name removed over a debt that I didn't owe. It has been seven years now and they just keep turning my name over to different collection agencies every year. HeII will freeze before I pay that bill again.
