Calls twice a day-- nobody on the other end if answered and never leaves a message if unanswered. Very annoying :(

This company is violating FCC rules by calling me without my permission per the new FCC law that went into effect on 1/1/2009.  They say they represent Wells Fargo... but they are really Sitel Corp out of Nashville and they are using a Caller ID of National Union Fire Insurance Company in Penns.  Bottomline is that it looks like they are an affilliate of Wells Fargo... but did not state that on the phone.  This telemarketing company should be shut down.

They are using a Predictive Dialer... lots of silence before they come on the line.  Total Scam... they are not who they say they are... and they do not list a company name on their caller ID.

This is from some insurance company representing Wells Fargo.  Tried to opt out with special Wells Fargo number, but they will not do so unless I give them my social security number over the phone!  SAY WHAT????  Give out this info to a stranger?  I guess I will threaten to pull my sizeable accounts out of WF and see what happens.

WELLS FARGO BANK sells customers & non customers info to these unscrupulous telemarketers.

this # needs to stop calling my home - when i answer there is no one on the other end.  i called back and an automatic answer said it was Wells Fargo with a special offer. they offer an opportunity to be removed from their "marketing opportunities."  i did - i hope it works. this should be illegal.

got this one too, locally in SF bay area.  Said it was from Wells Fargo bank.  Wanted information that they should have on file (such as my birthdate) and wouldn't honor their offer if I didn't give this info to them (they said, because how do we know that it's you we're talking to, etc.)... WTF, what does that matter? The would send the stuff in the mail anyhow.  I hung up, haven't heard back.

They are at it again,trying to sell an insurance policy and enticing people with a 60 day free trial period, as well as the $25.00 gas card. Tried to ask them to mail me the information, not wanting the free trial period or $25.00 gas card, but they insisted the only way I could do it was by giving them my birthdate. Not going to happen, now day's everyone needs to be cautious. We are on the Do Not Call Registry, filed a complaint there and will file one with the Better Business Bureau. Please be careful, no one should be asking for private information over the phone. Also, be careful with the maill weve been seeing stuff come through that looks official but upon research it is not. Consumer beware. Also, thanks for letting us google the number, it linked us to this website and now know that this is not just an isolated problem.

Repetitive calls for year of 2008-2009.

1-877-740-3336 keeps showing up on my ID caller .the lady on the other end said she with wells fargo ,offers me a gas card,and other things ,if I just give her the month day and year of my birthday.I have told her many time that I do not wish to give this out.and I really wish they would stop calling.If this caller keeps calling me I will reprt it to the phone company.

Calls everyday and evening.  No message. We do not answer these type of calls.  Sure wish they would STOP CALLING!!!!

This is why the FCC was put into place to regulate this type of nonsense.
The FCC needs to hire two folks that all they do is monitor a site like this that register complaints about these annoying phone calls.
Since the 7,000 currently appointed morons just cannot seem to handle the situation.
See you sign up to the national -Do Not Call List but it changes nothing.
Folks we pay each month in our phone bill money to the FCC so drones can have a politically appointed jobs, a title, fancy homes and cars and all that stuff........ to FCC people we just want our money's worth........get to WORK..........

Many calls, sometimes as many as 3X daily. I asked them to stop calling, and I no longer answer. They never leave a message, but they keep calling.
