    Just got this message on my phone and I don't even have a debit card with this number from chase. Seems to me like this is a SCAM based on reading about this same card number on https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-714-661-5543 and https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-966-8524.
