- NJ Me| 1 replyLeft message on my machine that this is "time sensitive."
- Private Citizen| 1 replyReceived a phone call 1 (500) 000-0000. The voice mail that was left for me included the return phone number (877) 770-6325.
I called the number.
Typical collection call from a "Creditor's Interchange" debt collector, Nicole Hedges, using the usual scare tactics (bad credit, judgment, etc.). When I told her that I wasn't able to make any payments by phone at the time of the call and that I wanted her to send me something in the mail, she got annoyed and said that she WAS prepared to offer a "substantial" settlement, and that I have her phone number if I change my mind.- Caller: Creditor's Interchange
- Call type: Debt collector
- POPABEARA series of telephone calls starting with we know that you are a known associate of Miss X. Got nasty when asked who they were, replied, "we ask the questions," later calls at various times of the day, one of which left the number of 1-877-770-6325. The last abusive caller, identified herself as Maria, claimed she was calling on behalf of an attorney, Fred Hammer. When asked for a physical address to send mail to, she hung up.
- WhyMyNumber| 1 replyReceived a call directed for an Adam G (not going to publicize name here), telling him to please call back at 877-770-6325, ext. 3593, ref: 11760615. Although I do not know personally this Adam G there is a possible link from me to someone that could have that name. I do not know why they called my number and I will not at this time call it back.
The caller ID was 1-500-000-0000, so needless to say I did not answer it, just let it go to voice mail.- Caller: Unknown, no name given
- ssnLeft a message said that they needed to talk to me about my social security number. I don't have any outstanding debt so I am not sure what they wanted. Did not leave a company name. Just to call Michelle.Number was 877-770-6325.
- Dave s.| 2 repliesI received a message to call 1-877-770-6325.This is creditors Interchange a collection agency out of Buffalo New York. They also have offices in Derby NY,Cleveland OH,Las Vegas and in Florida. They collect on numerous kinds of debtIE:auto defiencies, student loans and numerous credit cards. From what I have found out they also handle PRE-LEGAL accounts. So don't pass it off as I did because the call I received from them stated they were calling about an arbitration account I had with them.Well I blew it off and now I am being issued a judgement against me for an un paid credit card bill I owed.Granted most of these type of companies use scare tactics to get you to pay which is what I thought. If you receive a call from these people call them back and hear what they have to say before you end up in the same situation I am in.Not only do i know have to pay the balance owed (which was only $3500) and i could have worked out a plan to pay it back but know I have to pay all these fileing and processing fees on top of it.
- Hello Georgia| 1 replyThis is a creditor company and they are for real. Do not dismiss them as telemarkers. They are a collection company.

"I need to talk to you in my office today!"
Dang, I thought it was my boss calling me in on something! I listened further and realized it's some sort of solicitor or debt collector. Whatever happened to the polite Name, Company and Call me back at this number please?
Talk to her in her office? Today? Do I need to catch a flight?
Hey Carol, is your office just one of two hundred cubicles?
I call back and press 0 for someone else. I ask to get transfered to Carol's extension. She says, "Why do you need to talk to her? What's your name and account number?"
Um, just give me her voice mail please.
"Well how do you expect me to help you if you don't tell me who you are?"
I expect you to help me by pressing "transfer" and her extension.
Lol--idiots. I'm starting a journal and will report this to the FTC.
At least pretend to be professional when you're on the phone. - lolai received a call from this number from carol , she is very unprofessional askins me money , she laid about one account she I'm a consigner and this is not true , please be careful with her
- Call type: Debt collector
- nik| 1 replyI've recieved calls from this number and never once have they left a message. I see on here that this company is for real......then why don't they send something in writing. Not once have I received anything in writing. Nothing stating what the debt is for or if it's even mine so it could possibly be disputed if need be. Aren't they required to send something in writing?
- Caller: unkown caller
- just replies to Dave s.Wtf. At least make it seem as if you didn't work for the company. Isn't it illeagle to have a bogus phone # display on caller Id?
- sdfghjwell i've been getting this call for quite some time now.
the only thing is that they leave a message mentioning the name for the business i tried to start a few years ago but that business never went anywhere and i never did anything with it. all i did was get a business license and that is all i did with the company. so, i know i never made any purchases or anything with the business. but they are calling me needing my attention to something but does not say what or for what company.
it is probably also the 1-500-000-0000 number too, because i just started getting these numbers within the same week. - flabookworm| 1 replyjust received a call - at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Some message about a collection agency but no further information. If they think I am calling them back they can think again! Probably a zombie debt collector
- Call type: Debt collector
- kel replies to WhyMyNumberI just received a call from this number and it worried me because I had just finished a nasty divorce and foreclosure on my house so when they called and I answered I told the guy I was not in and aI took the message. He gave me #1-877-770-6325 ext. 4204. Needless to say I didn't call back. Is this a ligit company? Is this a scam?
- flabookworm replies to flabookwormHave received more calls, but pulled my credit report and can account for everything listed there. Therefore - it is past the statute of limitations, AkA zombie debt. I will not respond in any way so that they don't restart the clock. If they send something in writing I will look at it - otherwise they are SOL.
- NOT who they want anywayThey call looking for a " John K cook slash stephanie asterisk", which I am not. I followed the online prompt about pressing 2 if I am not this party, but they call again anyway. I usually hang up, but called them a couple times now and spoke to them about removing me from their system. They haven't. Once they tried to say they didn't know who I was. Huh? Then why call me? She was rude and told me I needed to start my conversation over again with her, and she hung up. Don't they want money or information to collect a debt? lol
They seem more bent on harassment than actually collecting debt.- Call type: Debt collector
- meI dealt with this company this am. They wanted my SS# over the phone which was a red flag for me. I verified with my address and yes it is a legit debt collection company. I explained I was out on disability and was willing to pay but had to make payments. I spoke to Jason who informed me that they would not take payments only a lump sum payoff. He would me a break of $60.00 though. I asked him if the call was indeed being recorded as when we went to court I wanted the tape brought to court stating they were refusing payment. He quickly changed his tune and said I could make payments but only for a month. Although real collectors...not the sharpest knives in the drawer.

- Heather replies to Dave s.Thanks for the heads up. I had contacted them & been trying to pay the balance with them - over $1400, asap. Then after reading most comments about this co. I was wondering if maybe I shouldn't have. However, after reading your comment, I'm glad I did! Goodluck.
- Jenny OhioThey are legit. This was regarding a Student Loan with Key Bank. I am sure they handle lots of other debts. Do not disregard, a judgement could be filed against you next. 877-770-6325

- ReallyReallySickOfTheseGuysVoice messaging received stating the following:
"This is a message for NAME (they actually said the word 'NAME'). If you are not NAME please disconnect this call. By continuing to listen to this message you acknowledge that you are NAME. This is [Their Rep] from creditors interchange receivable management. Please contact me about an important personal business matter at 877-770-6325. This communication is from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please use reference number N-A-M-E (yes, they actually spelled out 'NAME' letter by letter) when calling our office."
I have no debts, so I must assume this call is another of the never ending wrong number calls that I get for a specific individual (or I guess it could be for a new person called 'NAME' who somehow is now also linked to my phone number). There is no end to these guys ... I did finally convince several debt collectors to stop calling me about a month ago. I guess Creditors Interchange is now on the job. Let's hope they get 'NAME'.- Caller: Creditors Interchange
