This is the law firm of Gurstel Chargo that does the collection dirty work for the worst sort of bottom feeder bad debt buying collection agencies. They are ultra hard @ss collectors who hide behind a law degree, while knowingly turning a blind eye to their ongoing FDCPA violations.

They have recently gotten a legal b-ach slapping for having their way with a disabled American veteran. Google them and you will see Gurstel Chargo's response to a disabled veteran trying to recover $6,000 of ungarnishable money that Gurstel Chargo had garnished, after the firm had told a judge that the firm would release the money "right away": Falk you! Pay us your money! You can't afford an attorney. You owe us. I hope your wife divorces your @ss. If you would have served our country better you would not be a disabled veteran living off social security while the rest of us honest Americans work our ass off. Too bad; you should have died.

They also spend much of their time tracking everything said about them on the net and will (no doubt) have one of their 'ex-employee' shills visit here to set the record straight.

Left voicemail with name of location Gurstel Chargo. They just said please call us back at the number described. I have nothing in collections so I'm not calling these people back.

*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.
