Calls, but does not leave message.  We have quit answering calls from toll free numbers or those we don't know.

Called many times and did not leave a message. When called back they were rude caller name Sue would not give me her company name or last name. Very very rude.

they call on a daily basis.. sometime twice a day.. dont they get the hint already if i never answer? i dont even have a voicemail. sheez..

They call me every couple of days.  I answer and nobody answers.  Its my cell and there is no way i have any overdue dept.  Im 16 with no credit cards and my phone is prepay.

You/We are all having problems with a defective auto-dialer.  It's SUPPOSED to connect you with a representative as soon as you pick up.  Obviously, their IT crew has some challenges to face down.

I, too, have received calls from 877-796-2497.  Online, I traced the number to Pinnacle Financial Group, but searches for their website led me to a bank in TN not associated with the 877 #.  I called the number and reached another "Pinnacle Financial Group," which turned out to be a third-party collections office.  It turned out that they were looking for in-law, so I gave them what info I have (we don't like this in-law).  Please note: as they are third-party collections, they REALLY don't want to call the wrong people; it's a waste of their time.  If you can prove that you are the owner of the number they're calling, and it's traceable to your name, don't be afraid to call them and tell them.  If they're actually looking for you, then there may be an issue of which you were unaware.  If you're NOT who they're looking for, they will still want to know, because they're wasting dialing time on you, which costs them money.

In short, call "877-796-2497" directly, and work it out with them, otherwise the calls WON'T stop.  GUARANTEED !!!

Periodically receive calls from 877 796 2497. On my cell phone. I only give out my cell phone number to personal friends/family. My husband also receives these calls on his cell. Only I have his number.
Did I mention no one is ever on the other end when I answer? I even hang on till they disconnect. What is the point of calling if you are not going to speak?

This number shows up not provided and I get automated calls not always a person,I will not awnser most of these calls because i'm tired of them calling more than once a day.This number has many different companys for different bill collection,if I don't hav a person to talk to how do you know you have the correct people that you are trying to reach?Please stop callig my number. Thank you

I'm receiving calls from these people on my IP relay #. Which is basically a call from a instant messenger associated with a phone number. They call every day

877-796-2497 called on 11/29/08 at 5:05 pm.  No message left on answering machine.

Two hang-up calls today.  Line is busy when you call back.

The next time you get any number that you either don't know or don't want to communicate with do as i do.....pick up the call and lay the receiver  down. Let the pests pay for the call with out getting anywhere. 800 #'s are free for you to call but the caller does pay for them, even if it is a bulk rate.

i want this people to quite calling me

I keep getting calls from this number for a person whom I do not know, and have never heard of.  I have called this number before to inform them that I do not know the person they are trying to reach.  They quickly apologize and hang up before the conversation is overwith and of course I continue to receive these calls.  They continue to leave messages for this person.  They identify themselves as a collection service for Pinnacle Financial company.  It is listed on caller ID as "tollfree number".

They call me a few times a week, my girlfriend answered and told them i don't live with her anymore.  They continue to call and we never answer.  The person on the phone was indeed very rude.

continuous calling me at work after I told them to call at home.  I will get people or the machine- they dont know who answers the phone.

I am going to write a letter to cease contacting me.  If they still call I am going to report them to FTC.

Keep getting a call, debt collection from 11 years ago. I just do not answer anymore. It is a waste of time. I do not like being harassed by the company. I talked to someone years ago and they were so rude.

yea they called me on my new cell phone saying i needed to pay some credit card dept and im like dude im 13 and never had a credit card in my life and its all true

Said number called asking for Gloria my spouse...Just hung up after looking it up here...Seems like nothing can be done about it.

Phone rang with 877-796-2497 on caller ID. I missed the call (Hang up?) So I redialed and very professional sounding man answered "Pinnacle Financial" He asked for my wife by name. I told him if the call was regarding debt collection, he very likely had the right name, but the wrong person and number. He asked me if my wife's social ended in four particular number and I said no (they weren't even close.) He thanked me and told me he would take our number off his list.
