I just had a message left on my machine from a Miss Parcel from Vanderburg, Chase and Associates.  She asked for my husband, and said it was regarding a "very serious legal matter" involving Kelly something or other.  We have no idea who Kelly is.  It gave a case number and phone and extension number (1-877-822-2677, ext. 1007).  I called back and left a message saying that I think they called the wrong house.  Then I called again and got the operator and gave her the case number and she put me through to another woman's answering machine, so I just hung up.  I looked this number up, found this page and called back Miss Parcel.  I got her, then told her we have no idea what this was about, gave the case number and then said, "I looked this up on internet and found out it was a scam so could you take me name off the list?"  She said ok real quick and hung up.  I will report this to the correct authorities, this is so wrong that they can do this.

Got a call from from number 404-965-0007 Mr. Clark was his name he sd he was from something something (couldnt understand the name) Chase.  He sd that i had a check fraud case and they wanted to resolve the matter for a quick payday loan or something. He was pressuring me into giving him a credit, or debit card # so he can put my file on hold so they can collect and if i didnt have one then i needed to go get a prepaid card otherwise it would get worse for me.  (he wasnt specific) He claims that i owed 480.00 but if i agreeded to settle this matter today then i would only have to pay 312.00. By this point i was confused and pissed so i went to my boss (this guy called me at work b4) so my boss spoke w/ him and he got rude w/ my boss and my boss told him do you want this debt paid? then u need to fax me over proper paperwork.  well its been over 4 hrs and Mr. Clark hasnt faxed anything over.  i decided to google the number and came across this page so glad i did now i KNOW its a fraud.

oh i forgot to mention that when Mr. Clark said for me to call him back he gave me a totally diffrent # he told me to call 877-822-2677 ext. 1111 which i found odd but i was too upset to think clearly.

So today a fax came thru at my office regarding my "debt" and the funny thing is it has my name and a diffrent addy, but the letter is just stating what Mr. Clark had told me and my boss in a previous convo.  This letter states to make payments via online or by debit/credit card or a lawsuit will be filed against me.  My boss had told Mr. Clark to send him proper paperwork so he can sign.  And it seems to me that isnt what he sent.  Should i be worried now? anyone?

My brother got a call and from these same numbers and just never responded so finally he decided to call one back because he had no clue as to who would even be calling him. When he finally reached some one, they asked for him, then they asked for me which was very strange. She said she was Ms. Toliver and that she was from atlanta, I've never lived in atlanta or have any outstanding debt. I don't even write checks, If I can't pay for it cash or online then I don't need to buy it, (just my philosophy). This lady is crazy!!!

My brother-in-law just received these phone calls too. The lady stated her name was Mrs. Simmons from VCA  she was calling because there was possible check fraud being done in his name and he needed to call her asap so she can get his "input" so they can resolve this matter.
My sister thinks it's fraud being my brother-in-law doesn't have a checking account.

I got a call from my ex-husband telling me a man said he was from a law firm saying i was being investigated for fraud. I was in total shock, I got online and typed in the 1-877-822-2677 and came to this page, he said to call this number and his extention is 1017. I hope they catch this SOB.

I received a call from this same compnay stating that a compnay had claimed I was commiting fraud against them. It is very weird because no attorney will discuss any info like that over the phone or leave a message stating something like that. Very fishy be careful!!!!

Hi, guess it was my turn this time. I too recieved a call from them and they threatened to sue me.  I ask them who they were a lawyer, credit agency. Then they hung up, so I called back,  and was threatened again, this time with the police. They hung up and I called another number from your blocks and spoke to the asssistant of the owner of the company and they looked up my name and phone number and could not find anything. Lessenn learned when you dont succeed try try again..

I just got this call about 10 minutes ago from a guy named Steven Thompson.  He left me a message saying that he was in desperate need of getting ahold of me in reference to a fraud case that is on me.  He left this number & ext. 3009.  

These people need to get a life & quit trying to scam everyone!!!

This lady Ms. Toliver left a VM and talked really fast- knew my name.  Said she was looking for my husband's grandmother and that she needed to reach her ASAP regarding an 'important legal matter.'  She said his grandmother had put me down as a family member reference.  She is at ext. 1012 and asked that my husband call back tomorrow morning at 8am with his grandmother's contact info.  There is a case number associated with the call as well.

Caller stated he was issueing a warrent for my arrest for a fraud case. Stated his name was Mr.Booker and that I would be arrested without a call back.  I am NOT calling back because I absolutely have nothing in my past to receive this call. I am not that old!  Does the District Attorney's office need to see this sight and serve the owner of this site with harrassment, threatnening and violet sounding calls. I have it recorded as proof. Violent enough that maybe I should find out who this is and get a restraining order....My dad is an Attorney and he will looking into this...On second thought..I think I will call them and record the conversation and at the end tell this this phone call was recorded for "prosecution purposes". I am about to do this!!!!

I just got a call from these same people today.  How did they get your information.  They had where i work at all types of information.  I also verifed my information cause they said told me about a company that i did owe. What can I do about this cause i did verifed my information

OMFG. I had a call from a Ms. Jackson saying I was involved in a fraudulent claim and its imperative I call immediately. The message was left on my moms cell phone and she works for the government.

These people called my house looking for my step daughter and said they were sending the sheriff to arrest her.  My husband was so upset that we had to take him to the doctors.  He suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  It was very disturbing to him to think his daughter in PA was going to jail and he was here in NC and couldn't help her. I later called back the company and told them they had better not ever call our number again because they were committing fraud.
