they have other numbers and company names.  keybank direct lending 877-779-5817. bardley lending group 877-779-5816. Mutual Trust Financials 877-779-5818.  they were answering thursday morning  but by thursday afternoon only bardly was still answering.  sounded just like david gibson's voice. i think these folks operate out of toronto or edmonton or ontario for one.  ny bbb has a file against them also.  iccr has been made aware of these numbers and names.  keep plugging at em.  sooner or later they can't hide.  david or emmanuel or charles or whatever ur real names are, i hope ur reading this and hope this pack of us who fell prey to u catch up to u in person at one time.  its coming.  i've just bout got it figured out.  got friends in the it and telecomm biz worldwide cuz that's the biz im in for past 25 yrs.  we're on our way criminals.  david gibson u r mine when i get to u, will be soon.  count on it.  gettin my money's worth n then some.  call me up if u got the balls u scumbag.  u got my number puss.

My daughter had the same dealings with Bardley Lending Group.  They wanted $1,500.00 to guarantee her loan and an additional $797.65 for insurance, but loans never follow.  
When I did a quick check, I found this information (and more).
BE VERY CAREFUL!  With the economy as it is, companies prey on people who are already in a financial bind.

dont do it i got the same call and what looked like a lagit contract sent them moneu westrn union and they never gave me my loan and there number is out of service now so dont do any thing with these people they pray off of hard workers the number they gave me its 877-779-5817 and Connie Stewart was the person who got me

Hello I had money taken from me by east rock lending but I never got my loan now the fax number 1-513-297-0536 is a normal phone number if you call it after 8:00 pm eastern time someone will answer.

Basically they call me twice, once saying someone else's name.  I hung up.  The second time they wanted to speak to the owner of the phone.

I got them in the corner because I don't give my number out.

Hello, i just got a call from a Mr. Wilson at Milfield Financial, number is 1 800 378 9088, he got my number from a third party. Anyways I am approved for either a 10,000, or 25,000, dollar loan, which ever I want. He would like me to send by Westren Union a deposit of 595.00. My credit is very bad, and told him that, he said no problem still approved. Has anyone else heard of this company? He want on to say they have a office in Toronto, ON, and one in New York. If I decided to take this he wants me to send money to Ajax, ON, its near Toronto.

You should report them. I have had similiar calls myself one even stated they were from the local police department and they had a warrant against my license but the call was from California and I live in Kansas. Police sdo not call to issue warrants. they come and get you. There are legitimate payday loans online but I've only found 4. If you really need a loan I'd go to and actual payday loan store in our community or other loan company.
