I had received several calls and I never returned them, but now they have contacted my parents home and yesterday my neighbor brought over a message that they had left at her house, I dont even know my neighbors last name so I do not have a clue as to how they are getting all of this information but I have never received any mail stating that I owe any company money so I am assuming that this is all a bunch of scam artists.  I go to a website Budhibbs.com and they can give you information as to what companies are really trying to scam you.  I have written them today and am waiting on a return answer.  When I get a answer I will let you know but until then I am not calling these people, I have a bad feeling about them.

I live in Texas and have received several calls from this company in the past 4 days from a Miss Kinney stating that they are working with my local county attorney's office and will be filing a guilty plea on my behalf. They continue to ask for the last 4 of my social which I refuse to give them, stating they cannot give me any information on my "case number" unless I provide it. I told her if this is a legitimate call, they can give me info with my name only or mail me something...she then stated she will email me as she has my email address but I have not received anything yet. I called my county attorney (I live in a small town) who stated I have no pending charges with their offices or any of the four jp's in our county. She recommended that I file a complaint with the attorney generals office. Other phone numbers they have called from include 904-737-1284 and 877-832-8188. I searched for both and they are unlisted.

S&W Specialty is a bogus company that consists of loan sharks who are disguising themselves as legitimate attorneys. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE..Ms. Gabe is a huge offender and will harrass people until she is caught and dealt with to the fullest extent of the law. If you receive a call from, 904-245-1316, block it as well. Report the information to your State General Attorney and send a Cease & Desist letter, certified to their address if they give out the information. They usually do not and probably don't even have a physical address. This outfit are low lifes that prey on victims of the payday loan industry. They can't hold you accountable for any money borrowed, nor can they seek legal measures. The harrassment will stop when they are apprehended and fined for fraud, mail fraud, impersonation of a government official, and money laundering. If more people speak up and take legal action the sooner they will be dealt with and justice will prevail.

I too have received a call from this company phone #8778966079 ext. 302 (Ms. Cramer) saying that fraud charges will be filed against me in tthe District of Columbia county and wanted to hear my side of the story. If she doesn't here from me she will precede with action.  I told her to go right ahead.  I contacted the D.C. District Attorney's office and explained the situation.  Was told to have a letter sent to the company if I have an address.  Well you can't find one.  So I will kee on trying.

This company is not really calling for a network of attorneys! They are Based here in Jacksonville FL off of University Blvd W they are in the 3 story building right across the street from Mcdonalds in suite 307A...in the parking lot to the left of Family Dollar! If someone wants the exact physical address of this company please let me know. I worked for this company for about 3 weeks before I finally realized what they were trying to do! The owners started this company about a year ago. What they do is go to different payday loan companies across the US and buy their unpaid bad debt...then turn around add $200 to the actual ALREADY charged off debt and try to paint some big horrible picture of what is going to happen if you do not pay! There is NOTHING this company can do to you if you do not pay....but I must advise you they will NOT stop calling! When I say they will continue to call they will call neighbors, family, in-laws, children, parents....ANYONE and EVERYONE that comes up under your name on the database called Accurint.com  Every employee there does have an alias or 2 or maybe even 3! If you do choose to go in face to face the office is not under 24/7 lock and key there is an owner normally from 10am until 9ish PM. They will be sitting facing the door in the center 2 desks...unless that has changed!

Dear Tell All,

I have worked with you and know who you are and I would hate for your personal information such as phone number and address along with the name you used while working at our office location to get out. I mean I can only imagine what the people would do to you for lying and trying to cheat people out of money. When we are actually representing attorneys in the difference counties to get the individual companies that have been defrauded from check defrauders. You were let go because you were busted for lying and using company materials for personal gain. I can only imagine how you act when not in the office. I would hate for your home and personal information to be sent out to the cyber world.

That is just sad....because I too know you ppl are fakes....There is not way any attorneys would hire such rude people to work for them.........as for sending someone's information out to the "cyber world" would not hurt then as much as it would hurt your company.......you said it your self just as "Tell All" did you all use fake names for some stupid reason and that just goes to show how FAKE your are....THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT.....DEAL WITH IT.... :-)

I have worked for many collection agency's before. The representatives use fake names for their protection. You debtors get soooo upset because you owe a debt and are embarrassed and don't want to pay, so you get mad at the collectors and find them and shoot up the office or that collector. Stop blaming things on debt collectors. It is your fault you borrowed something from some company and refuse to pay for what they gave you.. That is why you are a debtor. Grow up and take responsibility for you actions like a decent human being and not the deadbeat debtors that you are.

You can verify that this is a Legit Company on Sunbiz.org. Just type in their name and it will show that they are.
