Premier client Services has been calling my phone 5-6 times a day leaving an auto mated message for me to return their call. Christpher Reed left a message one day to call him regarding a time sensitive matter attached to my social security number call 404-963-9476,404-900-6959 ext 305

Up to three calls (messages) per day regarding "possible claim in my jurisdiction against my SSN".

This company has called in upwards of 10 times daily and when returning the call to tell them to remove us from their call list they are incredibly rude and have the audacity to hang up on us!

These people have been calling on my parents house phone leaving a message saying "This is (lady's name) from Premier Client Services and you may have a law suit against you from our client" and for me to call back this number. So I called today and she was saying I had done a payday loan in the amount of $900 in 2011, which I knew I did not. She knew all my info including a past checking account with Chase bank and the last 4 of my Social. When I told her I did not make a payday loan in that amount nor did I make a payday loan period, she put me on hold and a guy claiming to be the chief manager on duty came on the phone. He claimed the same things the lady had minutes before and said their client can take me to court and take up to 35% of my income depending on the laws in my jurisdiction. Then he said for a small down paying of $500 today he could allow me to start paying $100 monthly until the $1500 including interest of paid off. I told him I couldn't afford that so he put me on hold and not even a minute later came back saying he just spoke with his client and what they agreed upon which I though was fishy considering he spoke to his "client" in less then a minute and came back on the line. I was supposed to call them back to make payment arrangements tomorrow but I'm glad i decided to google them before. These people are not getting any of my money and I will be filing a report with my local police department.

I keep recieving these calls also but also threating to have me detained at my job and they are calling my job and my partents house threatening them also

Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
 a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
 b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage     http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
The more information and complaints there are, the better the chance of getting these criminals to stop (or at least reduce the frequency).    [abstracted from another site]

You know a LOT about this...thank you for sharing some knowledge to us who would just have been so scared and given in to these vultures!  Two years having filed for Bankruptcy and I'm still being bothered/harrassed on every phone  -  but haven't seen any papers. Sometimes up to 6 calls from the same company (sometimes different numbers).  I have forwarded all information to my attorney but they never talk to him.

This was the number I was told to call but they said they were Capital Claims Services not Premier Client Services who I have had leaving me message too but from a different number. How can they both have the same number. I am not calling them back.

Premier client services is a collections agency. I used to work for them and u wouldn't believe the things these ppl say just to get a payment from.debtors. they try to scare u to pay your previous balance of a payday loan. They can't lock u up or take u to court. Its just something they say to collect a payment. They recently just changed the name to capital claims services. But they still the same company. they are nothing but Bill collectors who stay harassing debtors. Definitely NOT A GOOD BUSINESS TO WRK FOR!!!!!!!!! They changed the name because premier client service has a bad name so they had it changed with a new number

Yep I sure did! Ain't afraid to admit it. Point of da matter is they ah full of [***] company. Out of all places I worked for I never seen ah collection place operate like dat! Ijs

A search of the Georgia Dept. of State website turns up no registrations under any of those names which would be required for them to do business in Georgia.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Got a message from citizens management in Atlanta ga Chamblee Ste a-255 collection of a so called debt from sum time in year 13 . Have no recurring memories of such. Long story short singed an edoc u meant & New it was probably scammers any word's to the wise?about the situation ?

It was citi management group LLC. Sum advice would be appreciated?
