- Greg Anderson| 1 reply877-842-5715 called every one in my family looking for me in laws even people I hadnt talked to in years gave me the number I was pissed as you can imagine turned out some company for was trying to sue me for a loan tottally forgot about once we got past their tactics actually worked out a settlement so I didnt have to go to court or hire a lawyer. Don't agreed with there tactics but if you are getting calls probably about something serious

- Jeff| 4 repliesADR stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution usually hired to work out settlements in law suits or plea bargains in criminal matters. I recieved a call from them about a company I had taken a loan out with that was planning to sue me they said they would offer me a settlement to keep it out of court. The amount they where asking for was ridicoulous but i figured it was better than hiring a lawyer and maybe having to pay all those court fees.

- FDCPA_4_Me replies to Jeff| 2 repliesIn reference to the above post-- nice try, "Jeff," but it's pretty obvious you're a friend or employee of this scam agency.
First, there is NO private company, in any state of the union, that works out "plea bargains" for criminal matters, so I know you're full of sh*t.
Second, it won't cost any money to "hire" a lawyer to defend you, because no suit will ever be filed.
This agency has been calling in Florida, and isn't even a licensed debt collector in this state (collecting without a license IS a class one misdemeanor, by the way).
If this agency had any money, I would file suit against them for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). - Gloria SanchezThey are harassing me at work calling me and calling al of my family member saying they are going to serve me at work or at my residence. This is harasment!

- RyanAfter I told this company to come after me with everything they got, which is nothing because I have done nothing, they called my mother again, trying to extort money from her, saying I'm in real trouble, this is a scam and I have reported the number to the FBI fraud division and I suggest you do the same if you get a call from this fraud company.

- Ryan replies to helloIt's fraud, they want to extort money from you. Don't send them anything!!
- Ryan replies to JeffYou are full of it.
- Ryan replies to Greg AndersonAnd you work for their company. Anyone reading this, this company is fraud - do not send them any money!!
- RyanMike Jenkins, which i know isn't your real name, and Orbits International - you picked the wrong person to commit fraud against. Like I said to you on the phone, there is no case against me, you keep harassing my family you will be sued. I have also been speaking with the FBI and have given them this number as fraud and extortion.

- franits a company called orbits international. it IS a collections company. they called EVERYBODY in the family and even threatened to kick my sisters ass. they even called my husbands ex mother in law looking for us. they are inappropriate [***], but they are a legit company and theyre only calling because they bought your bad debt. hate them as much as you want (i cussed at them until i was blue in the face), but theres debt somewhere that tipped them off to you. now what could happen, is the company they bought your debt from, could have sold your account twice, to two different companies. that causes issues too and its very common.

I've asked a laywer about it and they said its just a scare tactic they use and don't worry about it but if they keep up the harasment to file a law suite aginst them. Just tell to suck monkey balls when they call. Nothing to worry about.

- moonmystery replies to Johnny V| 1 replyI too just received a call from this company and they also have been calling my place of employment, even after my GM told them I could not receive debt collection calls, and they somehow located my estranged mother who I haven't had her address in over 17 years and I don't even have her landline number, and not to mention we have different last names, so not even sure how they found her to call asking about me. I advised them to send me something in writing, but haven't received anything as of yet. They just keep telling me they want to give me one last chance to settle this very old debt with a payday loan or else they will "serve" me. Any feedback?
- Sarah replies to moonmysteryI have received the same harassing messeges. I too asked for a debt verification letter and she said I needed to update my address first or they could send it by email. I figured if they got my info from another company then they should have it. I have not received the letter yet and I told her that I wasnt paying anyone else until I got that letter.Funny thing is I was paying another collector for the same account and didnt know it got sold until I got that awfull message of "you will be served'. Dont give them any money until you get a debt verification letter. I am not sure how they find your family members, but that part of the harassment happens too.
- PennyI received a phone call about three months ago telling me I would be served papers if I didnt call and make arrangements on a payday loan that is about 3 years old. I called and was offered a one time settlement amount which I didnt have. so then they said I would have to pay the full amount or be served with court papers and have to pay three times the amount. so i mad one small payment of 25 dollars then the next month paid 108 dollars and I havent paid anymore. they keep calling and threating to serve papers and I have not returned there call. I got to thinking and I have no proof of where my money went and for what all I have is rude threating people on the other end of a phone telling me this and that. The messages they keep leaving are saying I need to contact them or I will be served. Is this a scam or for real?
