I keep getting phone calls from them for someone that I have never heard of. I have told them that each time that they call. I have asked to be taken off thier list but they refuse to unless I give them another phone number for this person. Um, Hello? I don't know them, how am I supposed to give them another phone number? Isn't this harassement? I don't know the person that they are trying to reach!

What really gets me is that they leave a message for this person on my voicemail, which clearly states MY name, not this guy that they are looking for. Get a Clue people!

Just got a call from the above number, it is a bill collector they had the right first name but the wrong last name. I have no outstanding bills I am going to call AT&T now

Left message saying "it is very important that you call us back."  No company name, no information about why I should call back.  When I called the number back, I got put on hold until I finally hung up.

Got a "Private caller" .  I picked up and it was a message stating it was very important time sensetive matter.  I called back a woman picks up I ask what company she's calling me from and she said "tci" and hung up.  I called back and a man picks up. I ask him what company he represents and he says "give me your number".  I refused and he hung up.  I called a third time to insults. I asked for a manager and the same man stated there is no manager and hung up again.  What's the point of making your number private if even false companies have access to your number.  I will no longer be picking up to any private callers.

Yep, been getting calls for months on my caller ID that read "unavailable". When I got in touch with a real person, He thought I was someone else. As I tried to sort this out, he hung up on me!!!

I just got this message from a creep who claims that this is not a telemarkiter call. I didn't answer. He didn't identify himself or the name of his company and said he's been trying to reach me. Nonsense. If hew calls again I'm going to report him. I wrote his number down.

Add me to the list - they just tried...again.
What's the value of do not call if this keeps happening?

When I called back it was some resort down in Florida wanting me to stay at their location...I said I wasn't interested and asked to be taken off the calling list.

Funny how it is rare that an english speaking american will call for these things...its always someone from outside the country

Got a few calls, some from this number and some from UNAVAILABLE, this weekend. I got angry when a robot called at 8am this morning. I called them back, talked to someone who claimed to be working for a collections agency and answered "CCA". I gave him my number and I will supposedly be taken off their calling list.

They call before 9am looking for someone named Victor.  It's an automated message saying if I don't hang up immediately they assume I'm Victor.  Considering that they're talking to my answering machine, it's kind of hard to hang up (maybe my answering machine is named Victor??)  I've called them back twice to say they have the wrong number.  They say they'll take my number off their list, and then a few weeks later they call again.

they wanted my phone number to verify my account...to my knowledge I have absolutely no collections out there. I'm 45 years old and I pay ALL my bills on time and in full. Always have I have an outstanding credit history. Guess they'll have to waist there time with my number....lol at them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are not this following person hang up the phone or if you r the person wait for 3 sec. Then they said It's CCA debit collector. They they ask you to call back and they give you reference #.

They have been calling me for weeks and today I had a pin and paper ready.
I called them back to be immediately put on hold, I hung up and called back to find out that I wasn't the person they was looking for.
I'm in Kentucky and they wanted someone with the same name in Pennsylvania.
I have a 502 area code, it sounds fishy to me but he said he would take me off the call list.
I was very short with him ;/ I don't care anymore to be rude when I'm being interrupted.

They keep calling and the man that they looking for never live here. I'm really sick of this.

got a call this morning from a message, it was not the correct number, they were looking for a mike. thing that bothered me was the way the message was,  i have comcast for phone and internet and i can not erase or delete or hang up on messages until after the whole message plays. so the whole if this is not mike hang up now i can not do, felt guilty listening to a message for someone else.

anyways, when i got home from class, i called back 877-857-9755 spoke to a very nice woman there, conversation went something like this, hi i got a call and you have the wrong number, ok what's the number .... ok we will take it off the list.

Over several months we've had calls from this # with a recording asking for a person not in residence. Upon calling to inform them of same, they denied knowledge of both  our phone number and the person they had called. And in spite of being told that the person they were calling 'did not reside at our #," they continued to call us often several times in one week. We are told that they are a debt collection entity, but will give no name. It appears that they are quite furtive. What is remarkable is, is that we had our number changed and they are still calling us. I discovered through another credit collection caller for the same persons that it is our fax number that is now creating the problem because it has rolled over from our prior primary #. As previously stated this has gone on for several months and we cannot go on changing our numbers, which means having new stationary and cards printed. This is a real nuisance.

I received a voice message from this company.  The message said:  This message is for JOHN JONES, if you are not JOHN JONES please hang up and call 877-857-9755.  The John Jones is a former neighbor.  They are obviously fishing for this person's current phone number.  I alerted our Massachusetts Attorney General.  I encourage others to do the same.

Received a message from this company stating they were looking for a friend of mine and if I had information on how to reach my friend. My number is only 6 mos and my friend and I believe that ATT gave their skip trace company a copy of her detailed call report to use to trace here. Ridiculous!

It was a recorded message from "Kerry Smith" from 877-857-9755
