I received the same number and didn't say who the message was for.

This call said it was from Alexis of the Civil Processing Center. She did not state the name of the person she was trying to reach.

I got the same exact call - stating two previous attempts to call in regards to an action, but they won't specify, nor do they give the proper disclaimer that this is in regards to a debt, et cetera.

“Hi hi this is Alexis calling with the several Processing Center, I'm calling in reference to expelled attempt in trying to get in contact with you after two for the times the court could get notified of a sales action and there could be a court hearing without your participation which could lead to additional find it is important that you do contact the office of handling your file as soon as possible you can reach them at 877-862-0579 again that number is 877-862-0579 or press one to be transferred to a live representative thank you…”

same call, not identifying who they want to contact, no disclaimer that this is an attempt to collect a debt.  Alexis called.

Alexis just called said the exact same thing.

Alexis called, stated no name. Wanting to collect debt .

Alexis called stated need to contact regarding to collect debt, etc.  Called back just on hold and music playing.  Then someone answers and stated loan owed in amount of $350.

Same call from Nana Lewis. Civil processing claim, no name as to who they were trying to reach

Same message from Alexis. No mention on who it is for and what the court hearing is for.

Same call from Alexis. She just starts reading off a script saying she is calling with the Civil Processing Center and never mentions the persons name she is calling.

I received the same exact call.

Received a voicemail from phone # 334-219-8140 and stated that I have legal documents trying to be delivered, and further legal action will be taken if i do not call back. They asked me to call # 877-862-0579, which it took me multiple calls to get through. The lady who answered immediately started screaming at me stating the need to talk to XX person (not me) and I asked what the company was, and to speak with a manager. She yelled at me again, and hung up. Her name was Alexis.

Got a call that say his name was Ryan adams from civil processing center and was supposed to return his call before legal action is taken. They call from Lafayette Alabama

Same as Jasmine above, except this call originated in Burlington also from Ryan Adams calling with Civil Processing services -- "failed attempt to deliver legal documents at your address"  No notation of my name nor my address.

Same as Jasmine and Carol. No name of who they were calling or address documents were delivered to.

Message about failure to deliver legal documents.. they call from one number and leaves a 877 to call them back... This is definitely a scam!! I hope they don't end up getting any elderly people to pay them.. a shame
