Ryan Adam from Civil Processing called on a failed attempt to delivery legal documents Did not mention a name for whom they were calling. The number was from Georgetown, MA. I did a reverse look up on the number (351) 207-1398 which the site state "this number may be making unwanted calls" - SPAM CALLS DETECTED

Said they had a failed attempt to deliver my documents and would not give  the name of whom they were looking for the call back number is different then the oncoming call number

Now, how would it look if I called you up and told you that I had failed to do my job. Would you rush to try to fix my problem and help me do my job?

Well, this is exactly what this call sounds like!

It is absolutely none of my business about other people's failures on their jobs.

This call is just trying to create anxiety and a sense of urgency about something that is not even defined. It is a setup for a scam!

Do not call them back. Let them complete in private whatever job they think they're doing.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

Same message from Ryan Adams from civil processing services saying they tried to serve me 2 times at my residence . I called back 877 number and first spoke to a woman who said it was for an old cash.com payday loan from almost 10 years ago. I disputed this and I asked how much loan was for and she said $1330! She said I’d be receiving service in 7-10 days and we hung up. I then checked local court website and saw no lawsuit filed. So I called back and this time spoke to man and asked to meet process server to get papers, he said was not possible and then I asked what local process server was being used to serve me. He then stated they were in Las Vegas and I was in hawaii so they couldn’t do that. I then asked home how am I able to be served if no lawsuit has been filed in multiple local civil court?!? He then stated I’m not here to play games and I already know what’s going on then he hung up on me very rudely….so I’m guessing scam

This number called me and said that I did some type of cash loan in 2006 and that I owe them $700

Same call-Ryan - 405-646-3489, Carney, OK, civil processing services -failed attempt to deliver legal documents at my address (does not state my name or my address) . Please call 877-862-0579. I called and just heard bad music for 11 minutes then hung up. Definitely a scam. Most sheriff's offices, or a county service, are responsible to deliver legal civil process documents.

several calls from Ryan Adams stating the same as everyone. I have immaculate credit and not debt...and they are trying to serve me legal documentation?!?! Uhhh ok Ryan...no one has showed up at my doorstep .... same house for over 10 years....but you say you have had failed attempts to serve me.  SMH...DUMB [***]

Same as everyone above. Ryan adams left a VM. When I called the 877 number there’s just music playing. Finally got ahold of Monet, I said what’s this company called she said WDS I said well I don’t u sweat and either ma’am and hung up lol. So I called back to tell them I’d be happy to pay off any debt I owe in full. You know, just trying to be funny because she’s wasted my time, so now I’m wasting hers. Lol

  These is  Ryan or Bryan Adams from Civil Processing Center leaves a message to deliver legal documents to your address.     It asks to call the 877 number before they take legal action. But they called from different area codes and different phone numbers then they give you the 877 862-0579number to call.Does not give the name of the person they are looking for. I believe it's a scam

I’ve received two calls from a Ryan Adams, he never says what’s it’s pertaining to or even who the message is for. First call was from a West Warwick, RI second call is from Orange,TX (same guy) it has scam written all over it.

I received the same phone call from Ryan who did not specify who they were looking for and the message was for legal processing.

exact Message: Hello this Ryan Adams with civil processing services I am calling because I have a failed attempt to deliver legal documents to your address. Please call 8778620579 to schedule delivery of your documents." They called from 352-269-5916 and asked to  be called back  at the above number. I did not call back.

Received  a call from Ryan Adams with Civil Processing Service, did not state who he was calling for nor any disclaimers, said there was a failed attempt to deliver legal documents to my address, that it’s been noted as return to sender and it could result in further legal actions if I don’t call to speak with someone immediately.

Same thing Ryan Adam calling with Civil Processing Services, blah blah blah. Scam city. He called from 430-201-0795 and left the 877 number.
