Keep getting hang up calls from this number

Not sure this number is legit for First Financial.  They called my friend regarding a debt that had been fully cleared in March of this year.  They called repeatedly until they got a human and then offered a 50% settlement on the spot.  This just ins't the way debt collectors work.  My friend, being intelligent, didn't give them any info (the asked for bank routing info) and said she would call them back.  We called this afternoon and after 15 full minutes of hold music, the message said the person at 877-863-0756 was unavailable and that their voice mail box was full.  Again, not the way a legit debt collection agency works.  

I'm contacting the local FBI office on the off chance they're interested.

I am getting call after call from this number.  I have registered my cell phone to not get solicitor calls, but does seem to make any difference
