these people are relentless  just got a new cell phone and number and they started calling it doesn't matter how many times that i tell them that i don't know this person and this is my new  cell number

I can confirm the line is xplornet communications  (Satellite Internet)

Message states the call is from xplornet, but the number is not from xplornet. I called Xplornet using the contact info on their website and they confirmed the call did not come from them and there's nothing on my account saying any call was made or anything needs attention.

This number called on friday nov. 2 and again today, saturday nov. 3rd

Be cautious calling this number back, I would suggest calling xplornet directly from their website number.

I had the [***] creeped out of me i called this # back from my work # which they dont have on file when i called they asked is this kate ___ i said yup how do youknow that wellwejust called you - so i called xplorenet they said its a 3rd party that collects for them since some  pymts were suppose to ocme out on sat but a holiday being the monday the computer doesnt pick that up and the 3rd party isauto notified thru the computers to call n harass - they apologized its a hiccup in their computer around holidays _ still baffled at how they knew it was me though!!!!

Called xplorenet, it's not them. Someone has phone numbers for xplorenet customers and is spam calling.

This is Xplornet.  I thought it was a scam, so I called Xplornet directly and paid my balance.  Then I called this number to check, and when they looked up my account they told me that it was paid in full already and there was nothing more to do.  So obviously they knew I had already paid, so they are communicating with Xplornet somehow even if the Xplornet agents don't recognize the number.

they keep calling even when I told them we do not have xplornet and haven't had an account for years, when I checked through my past records of satelite service it wasn't even xplornet that we had at the time, I was mistaken... they still will not stop calling. I have talked to 3 different people. I give up will just ingore the calls.

these people are crazy. they call me everyday on my cell. answered it once, and they asked for "robbie". don't know a "robbie", so I told then they had the wrong number. to this day they still keep calling me between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning daily.

I rediled the numbwer it was xplorernet

Thank god that the update to new iPhones allows me to block numbers lol

it is xplorenet trying to collect on a bill . canceled service 6 months ago and they still billing . crooks

This is definitely Xplorenet & these guys are definitely CROOKS!! I cancelled my service as soon as my contract was up, I wont even get into the [***] service I had the whole entire time I couldn't wait to cancel. They kept on trying to take payments of my credit card every month after continuously calling & telling them my service was cancelled & in fact they owe me money for taking an extra payment. You basically have to change your credit card # because even if they stop for a month or two, you have to watch your credit card bill, they will start trying to take payments again. They provided a really terrible connection & even worse customer service - Debt Collection - Ridiculous, they owe me money!!

Can any legal action be taken against this company for harassing phone calls?

I got way too many calls from this number, and have never had an account. The automated message that said numerous attempts of contact have been made and I need to call back. After blocking the number, and somehow them still leaving a voicemail, I called the number. It was Xplornet, the girl was pretty friendly. I just told her I had a new phone and never had xplornet, and don't know the previous owners of the phone. She said she deleted my number off the list. Hopefully that's true!!
