Got a call from this number, when I answered it was a robocall saying they have been trying to reach me about my "extended car warranty".  I hung up.

Same call, I called xplornet directly and they aren't associated with that number, they were supposed to block it on their end as I have their phone as well but still get the calls

C'est Explornet.

Recorded message claiming to be from Xplornet and needing to discuss my account.  As I have _never_ used their services, I will be ignoring this call

What puzzles me is why they use an 877 number that no one trusts.  It be smarter if they used a tracable number that can be verified.  Like a few they dont clue in that using robot voices and dial 1 or 2 just frustrates people and is not good buisness practice.  Reminds me of my original propaine dealer getting sold off to another company suppior.  I says no more nonsence when i turned my buisness over to their competition that knew how to answer a phone.  877 and machines to me i call unacceptable buisness practice.  No. Stays blocked as ill only use their regular number.  We rural people have limited options or id be looking for something with better direct communication.   Service is good in some ways but phones can definately be handled better without the machines.
