- Nicole C.I thought I was going to recieve a package of information in the mail for a work at home program I paid for a $2.95 packet of info. about the company and program. Never recieved info, and then got my Credit Card bill today to see the charged me also $139.95, 4 days later never read anything about them going to charge me this. I have been trying to call them to get my money back and have not been able to get through to them. I am going to call Credit card company now, I hope I can get this resolved.
- AmyI am so thankful I found this site. I was just charged 2.97 and wasn't about to fight it, but something told me to Google it and I found this. I was able to cancel in time so I thank you. I never even signed up for this service and when I called they had my wrong email address, I don't know how they got my banking info, that is scary.
- JenniferI thought I would try to supplement my income and found this news article on msnbc.com. I signed up and haven't been able to access the account. Something told me to start googling the information and thank god I found this site. I just checked my bank account and they took the 2.95 and the 139.95, I just tried calling but there closed, hopefully I can get my money back in the morning.
- crissy| 1 replyI didn't get a call. I got an email. They got me for $2.97. Five days later they took 139.95 out of my account. This boils me! Has anyone ever been able to recover their money? Just realized what happened and I went back to the original email, tried to reread the info and they have erased it all!

- CONNIE replies to Walter| 6 repliesAbsolute BOGUS company. When I signed up for the $2.97 booklet - which I never received - I DID NOT authorize ANY OTHER CHARGES! Then when I get the statement from my credit card company there is the $2.97 charge and the $139.95.
When I called and got the same ALEX CORBY he told me that they sent me an email that states they are charging the $139.95 - which I did not see and when I was made aware of it, it was there. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE!
They closed my account and said the credit card company cannot get my money back because they sent the email - FRAUD - - - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! - CONNIE replies to Walter| 17 repliesAfter researching many government agencies and sending emails to my Congressional and State representatives along with an email to the South Dakota States Attorney General and the United States Attorney General, I received a call from the US Attorney General's office telling me that I needed to submit the complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - www.ftc.gov Indeed I went to the site and filed the complaint against this company, ICM Websites 877-863-3088 out of Lake Forest, CA.
PLEASE - everyone that has been scammed with this company, ICM Websites 877-863-3088, Lake Forest, CA, go to: www.ftc.gov and file a complaint. With enough people's complaints about this company, "we the people" can make a difference for others that may be in the same position and the Federal Trade Commission can shut them down..... JUSTICE. - john| 4 repliesHas anyone figured this out? I have not signed up for anything, gotten an email from anyone, or shared my credit information with anybody. I log into my online banking account this evening and find two pending charges of the 2.97 and 139.95 on my bank account.
- laura replies to DeganI printed off the information that u read before u sign up for it. It states that u don't sell anything. Then when u purchase the program one of the first things u read is Getting your web page set up to SELL!!!!!! There has to b something an attorney can do about this!!!!!!!!
- Pbodys replies to Walter| 9 repliesWith all do respect, like all of you I was charged $139.95. But after looking at the Terms and Agreements, I saw that "this is a 3 day trial period, after that they will charge a one time fee of $139.95 AND a recurring charge of $4.95 a month for website hosting if not canceled". There's nothing we can do...it's in the contract. I'm still waiting on what I paid for. If you don't get anything, then that's where the complaint starts.
- roger replies to john| 1 replyi checked my bank account the 22nd an had a charge of 139.95 on my debit card, went to bank and this was billed to a ethanol plant i called them and they gave me the icm phone #8662381808.i called this#and found out they were in Ca.told them i had never heard of them must less ordered any thing from them, they did cancel the 139.95 charge but i still have several other charges i can't contact anyone about, one from a co in Ireland also a 39.95 to a web cash explosion system,i have cancelled the debit card, don't know how this info was stolen
- MichelleI got scamded for $2.95 to 139.95. I called my credit company, but they can't do anything about it. How do I stop this?
- ronnie replies to johni had the same thing happen to me today? what did you end up doing? did you get your money back?
- Marla HaugeThis is a scam! I got scammed for $2.97 plus $139.95 and did not receive a thing. I wish I had read this information first. However, I really didn't know I was purchasing anything except some information for $2.97. They really need to be stopped. When I realized I could not get my money back I called my credit card and had the company blocked from charging anything further and I called the company to cancel whatever I had signed up for. About a week later a man named Carlos called my cell and tried to get me into the business. They can be very convincing. I told him that if I saw $139.95 deducted off my credit card, and was given the three days he mentioned that I would have to decide, then I might believe him. However, he stated that would be customer service who I would need to talk to....which took me right back to who I had talked to originally. They also told me that I received an email stating all that....which I did not get at the time. I did find it later in my trash email. Pretty expensive lesson.

- CurtisFI to was scammed by this company. I thought I'd check out the info and was instantly charged 2.97 and 139.99 for exactly diddly squat. as soon as you put your information in the screen disappears along with your info and that's that. I have never received any info and never been able to get a hold of anyone. I am currently filing fraud claim reports with my credit union, BBB, FTC, and FBI. Do not be fooled by these fraudulent sacks of ****. they go by many names and play many games. We need to all get together and send these SOBs to jail for crimes against the citizens of the USA. Good luck

- SARAH replies to CONNIE| 1 replyI was charged the same as you only it was all in one day. when i looked to see where all my money was thank goodness the 139.95 was declined. Now i am just worried that sinc eit was declined are they going to try and take it out again once my automatic deposite comes in. what do you think i should do
- SarahI just had a reloadable card and when I was alerted about the offer, i said why not its only 3 bucks. Then I looked at my transaction history and they billed me 3 times for the $2.95 and they tried to get me for the $139.95, all on the same day. Luckily the $139.95 was declined, but I am afraid that when i get my automatic deposit that they will try to take the money out again, so I will cancel my card after only a few hours after my direct deposit and it will be done but if anyone wants me to contact anyone about this issue to help get them put away let me know, I will gladly help.
