    I was on the internet on 4/1 saw the pop-up. Start filling out the information and decided not to continue
    when it asked for my ss#. I started getting phone calls. Theh saw my checking account being
    charged for 139.95 as suppose to 2.95. Where you able to get your money back?

    No unwanted calls BUT hubby's card got hit TWICE on one debit card and once on the other bank.  Canceled the card but they had the addy.  Watch out for your social security #

    additional info: after bank contacted these people via conference call, they refused to refund the money citing how do they know that we tried the product and didn't like the product.  I threatened to call the local branch of the State Attorney General Office.  They blew me off.  Hey!  We got hit from 2 DIFFERENT banks and they give this lame excuse?  I'm calling the Atty General's Office in our city tomorrow!  I'll get a form to fill out.  Strange though hubby got an e-mail on this.  Not only do they have our addy, but e-mail!

    Guess I wasnt the only one got into this stupid mess. I'm trying to get out of this 139.95 charge to my debit card called my bank and filed a dispute and I got a letter back saying that i signed up for it which I don't  recall. I know i sign up for more income a month just doing surveys for only 2.97 they said they were going to send me a kit and guess what i never received it but now i have all my checks bounce because of this. Need help did anyone get there money back? Thanks

    Hello just a little info I filed a dispute with my bank. and they gave me the 139.95 back. Just got back from vacation today and got a letter from my bank saying there going to deduct the 139.95 tomorrow so now ill have alot of insufficiant funds because of this. Until I have a cancellation date with ICM so I wish you luck. Aloha Laurie

    BBB won't do a thing.....State Atty General is a good thing to start with.  Read down in the posts.  FBI may or may not do much but FTC could.

    I'm glad you are getting your money back.  We had to have our bank call them, have a conference call, and they refused to refund the money.  I freaked on the guy.  The bank terminated the call, and refunded our money.  Am filling out a fraud form with our State Atty Gen office, and sending a copy of our statement to them.  They hit TWO bank accounts!!!!!  Both were hubby's card.  They even had his e-mail addy!  Cards were canceled!  The first bank, I caught, because I keep an eye on it.  The second one, we didn't because we don't use it.  We got hit twice, and not 3 days apart either.

    There is a LOT of fraud going on out there.  If everyone complained to the Atty Gen, FTC they HAVE to do something.  This is NUTS!

    Read my post above about the bank calling them and having a conference call with them and us.

    i just noticed when my checking account was in the negative that the $2.95 charge for this at home start up business actually billed me $139.95. the customer care department is currenty not open at this hour. Did you try to contact them and if so what were your results??

    I just want to tell you that I am going to go to MY BANK on Monday morning. now its friday night. I had exactly the same as you had it.  Its $2.97 + $139.95 was withdrown from my band account!!!!.  04/02/10 and 04/06/10.
    I just FILL IT OUT of web site job applycation but, I delate it immediatly because I just changed mind that I do not get it.  and then ... but sounds like tooooo late. I thought I did cancel it.  04/09/10 two times I got call from no name who is the number: 435-767-0010. it is I guess Land Line Saint George, UT

    i actually called the 877-863-3088 and spoke to Rael Cruz.  She supposedly cancelled the transaction and the $139.95 is supposed to be back in my account in 5-7 business days.  I have already filed an affidavit with my bank to get my money back from this so they are going to let me know where to go from here. If i should wait to see if they return my money or proceed with their investigation and give me my money back.  Hope this helps somewhat.  I think i'm about ready to start using cash for anything I do.  I am so sick of scams it's unbelievable!!!  I never got a call from these people.  i saw the fake article and thought if it's in the paper it must be great right?!  I got lucky because i had to pay a couple of bills and saw immediately that they had already charged me debit card all this money.  stay away from this company!!!  it is such a waste of time, money and energy!

    I called 877-863-3088 and talked to Rael Cruz.  She said there is no actual Kit it's just your username and password.  I called and canceled within 2 hrs of ordering the kit and I'm sorry i didn't see anything about a $139.95 charge on antyhing i read.  I jsut hope they really do give me my money back.  They told me it should post back to my accoutn in 5-7 business days.

    Well, I guess I can be added to the list of victims. I checked our bank acct this morning and discovered the  $2.97 and the $139.95 on my list of pending charges. I called the company and the guy I talked too,Don,the the last 8 #'s of my card and said that the card # was right but the name didn't match so it would be taken care of. I called my bank also and they are sending me a letter of dispute which I have to sign and return and they will take it from there. The worst part of all of this is we didn't sign up for ANYTHING and still got scammed.

    Hi everyone, I am so pissed its not even funny.  I'm just now finding out about this chaos.  I have 4 children and $139.95 could've been used for food.  I never rec'd the booklet they talked about but when I called they did answer and told me that the $ is non-refundable.  My ? is, if it's non-refundable then how do we get onto the site they issued us?  How do we really get this going?  This is the first time I've done this online stuff.

    Billing at this number saysthe $139.95 is to hold the money as in Inquiry Pre-Authorization.  They
    said they canceled this as of now 3:40 pm 4/12/10.  I am to call my bank with the electronic number
    they charged it with: 366180 and the charge is to be taken off. ???????  We shall see!

    Exact same story from me!!! They even put there phone number wrong on my credit card statement in an attempt for me not to find them--guess what! I found them thanks to my computer. Scammers frauds and they have all the info they need to take my identity!! Now what do I do!

    Hello Everyone, well sorry everyone has to go through this. My situation wanted another income found the site 2.97 was the charge and i was suppose to have gotten some sort of kit never received it nor an email. My bank charged me 2.97 and 4 days later 139.95. I filed a dispute closed my account the bank refunded me the money. Now after about a week they investigated it and no error was found so the bank took the money. So after another week I filed another dipute and received a letter today. The bank says
    "They may help me through mastercard by laws." So everyone tell your bank or credit card you never even made the 2.97 or the 139.95 maybe you may get your money back. Good luck
