Had she not taken out the loan sir/ma'am why would she agree to pay this. Never would I pay something that I know whole heartedly that I did not do. Obviously she has at one time taken a loan of some sort out that she did not pay. And I spell and type very well thank you. They keep calling me too and are very rude and say illegal things. They say I owe on a payday loan (which I do not) and if I don't pay they will have me arrested. I have reported them to the Iowa AG's office, the FCC and local law enforcement.  All three said they have had many complaints regarding them.
