Why can't they be stopped?

5th call from them today, extremely irritaing, answered the 5th call and nothing but dead air.

call rang, did not pick up, after our message, 3 to 5 seconds of dead air and they hung up.  We do not pick up numbers that we don't know. This is the first time they have called.

I get 2-3 calls every day from this number and when I tried to call back, the phone just rings.  I do not answer when I am home  I am not interested in talking to anyone calling from that number.

Some [***] named Barbara is looking to poll people in the Acute Medical field.  I told her no one lived here in that field & that I (not my wife) was the owner of the phone/line & do not call again.  The [***] hung up.  So guess what Barbara - I just went out & bought a whistle.  Go ahead call again - I dare you!

These people have been calling for weeks several times a day.  I happened to be home today and answered.  I told the lady that we're on the no call list and she told me that her call didn't apply to the no call.  I told her that it really didn't matter whether or not she thought she was on the no call list and I told her not to call again.  She was extremely rude.

MULTI CALLS FROM 877-888-8888.  JUST DEAD AIR, ONNE SAID MY NAME AND THEN NOTHING. NO ONE WILL TALK. CALL AT ALL HOURS.

My wife got a call from a guy asking her to send a chain letter to our neighbors, she said no.  When he calls the house and I answer it he won't talk with me, now a woman has been calling looking for my wife. I have had it.

We've received calls for the last few days from this number, but have not answered. They've left no messages.

They called this morning, and I answered. After a few seconds a man asked for my wife. I asked who he was with, and he said something about a union representing nuclear plants' security firms. He wanted to see how my wife felt about that?? We do live in an area with several plants nearby. I suspect they got our unlisted phone number from ComEd, our electric utility company.

I say hello About 10xs still know reply they called 2xs today already. I told them I was on to their scam,then they hung up.

It's the government keeping tabs on you. The Patriot Act? Yeah.

Why do you think it continues and no one is doing anything about it? Because you can't... Get used to it, this is minimal compared to the inconveniences you will have.

I have been getting calls from this number too - everyday, several times a day - no one there and finally today I got someone and she said she was looking for my husband because he was in the healthcare field and had a few questions for him.  She said they were with the Kramer group, though she slurred the words so I asked her to spell it. She denied being a headhunter or solicitor but evaded when I asked what kind of organization they were, not what they weren't.  She then hung up on me.  Very fishy.  I also said not to call back 3 times and before she hung up she said she would be calling back at a later date....ugh!

received unsolicited call, informed caller of do not call status list and requested a return phone call not be made.  caller stated yes they would call back and immediately hung up

Caller: I'm doing a survey for acute care
Me: who are you
Caller: I'm from "The Kramer Group"
Me:how did you get my number
Caller: my employer
Me: who is your employer?
Caller: I dont't know
Me:who is your employer?
Caller:I'm not sure,thats private,I'll call you at a later date

and then she had to nerve to hang up on me!

multiple calls recieved. no one on line.  I am on the no call list.  I do not want any more calls.

When I answered the woman on the line wanted my wife. After I asked her who she was, she stated Kramer Group and then hung up when I asked her what it was about. They call on Sunday's also.

Called.  Left no message,  Filed a complaint with  DoNotCall.

i get calls from this number all the time too. when i answer, nobody says anything and i am so sick of it. i'm fourteen! i don't care if they're actually selling anything or not. i just want them to leave me alone!
