Legitimate.  Express Scripts.  I submitted an online application to Mutual of Omaha Part D, but soon changed my mind and called them the next day to ask them if they could rescind it.  They said they are administered by Express Scripts, and would have someone call me from the Express Scripts disenrollment department.  While I normally avoid answering an unknown toll-free number, when this call came in I thought this might be Express Scripts.  So I answered, and it was indeed Express Scripts, and they said they would cancel my application.

Here is somewhat of a coincedence regarding 877-894-7312. I called BCBS MedicareRx PDP and spoke to a rep today at 888-285-2249. Less than five minutes later a received a call from 877-894-7312. It terminated after two rings and no VM was left. Less than a minute later, I got another call from the same number, which I didn't answer. A VM was left with no message, dead air. I can only assume that it was a scam call.
