I got a call from them at 7:55am Mountain Time here. Didn't answer, I sent it straight to voice mail, it's nothing but an automated message, asking for me, something about debt collection agency. Don't owe anyone anything. Hope these calls can stop real soon. Got too many of them coming to my phone..

Got call today, Nov. 29,2012., never owe anyone it is b.s. call. I am not going to call back. If they real they will send some letter.

I believe they are scam artists. They say I have to pay in full and not monthly. They had some attitude as well. The person who called me was "Susan Kobe" , she was very rude, sounded demanding, & seemed desperate for money. She just keeps harassing my phone every single day with messages being left. Don't believe this company, they are scammers, and are just desperate. They are full of baloney.

This campany calls my cell phone everyday looking for a person JADE BARON. Don't know this person. Called Grimley 877-904-1414  ext # 133 and was told 3 times that they would remove my number.....NOT....I am a Senior and my number is connected to a lifeline. They are slowly eating up my minutes.

i use Google Voice and just put  the # in spam and  block it

This is Crazy debt collecting company. 877-904-1414 called me with no name and verification asked me to pay the $1,000 right away or else put me into uncollected credit report. I asked to verify the name or send a fax to verify but he denied to send it and he even said I don't want to waste my time. I got so upset with him and confront why he is being so rude while everything is recorded but he was acting like mofia or gang member trying to get my money. I felt like this is a scam call but amount looks similar to my bill from hospital so I paid with credit card since he being so aggressive and not to deal with payment plan. He's name is Steve extention X120 so if you receive phone call from him just ignore and ask for his boss.

Are you Sheneath Robut?  I keep getting calls every two weeks, 2-3x that day, could be a Saturday or Sunday, day doesn't matter.  Made mistake of answering phone 6 months ago and was adamant I was not such person.  The calls keep coming.

Getting unwanted calls from a fake collection agency. The phone number is 877-904-1414.

Called about a legitimate debt, but threatened legal action if we could not pay $1000 per month.  If we could pay $1000 per month, the debt would have been paid long ago.  Refusing to negotiate for slower repayment.  One would think they would want to collect something.  If they drive people into bankruptcy, they won't get anything.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dawn. she is wicked rude and nasty. I will never pay them. I will call the hospital and pay directly when I voice my concerns. Nasty jerk!

Well since they talked to you, they are now required to do this by law:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

So whether that happens or not, using the information CWG40 has provided, this is what you should do:

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation or cease and desist calling letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state:  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

i have no debts. This agency had an address for me from 20 years ago. They did not have my current address. If this was a real issue, they would have my real address from the hospital's billing department (they even had the wrong name for the hospital). FAKE
