APPEX Capital Solutions LLC an man named David Burke was give to me at work and once called he stated that I broke a payment plan set 2 months ago and that I needed to pay the bad check in NC off immediatley .. I have no clue what it is and havent lived there in 7 years .... They said is not taken care of then papers are filed and I would pay thousands in court and a warrant out for my arrest ... WHAT?? This sounds crazy .. Is this what the world has come to now.. I have child support bills and under paid job and struggling and they think we have money to pay off debit these days... Hellllll No !!

I'm pretty sure this is an employee since the shout out on the bottom of the message doesn't sound like anyone who is really in debt... Who would thank a bill collector. Come on!

I, like others don't know who or what this phone number is about. They left this phone number and a claim number; when I call I get a greeting id'ing as "Accuret?" but nothing else. Googled Accuret but got no hits. Don't KNOW???????

They called - I looked it up here, and then sent them to voicemail. No Message. Added them to Blacklisted users in call control app. Done!

They call me, my ex wife, my job and say I'm fraudulent.   Second time this happened and when I called precious number it was disconnected #
