Automated voice stating that my Sprint account has been suspended for reverification and that i needed to call them back to re-activate my account.

Called my cell phone  said my account was closed or canceled, but my mom said she called sprint earlier to deal with the account so yea there is a security breach on sprints end of the phone calls so scammers can pick up on certain things and give you a call. The scammers did use sprint customer service phone number

Rec'vd call. Message was partially cut-off.,said fraud has been detected on my account (credit card?) has been suspended but to press 2 for cust service. I hung up and Google the number. Found this site.

Same as everyone else - fake Sprint call saying my # has been disabled. I just talked to Sprint this morning because someone tried to access my account online last night.

My caller ID said Sprint. And said they talked to me but I never called or received a call from sprint. So odd. They make it look like its actually sprint but the voicemail didnt sound right

I got a call from this number but I didn’t answer.  I. D.  Was unavailable and I never answer a call like that.  I don’t have Sprint so I agree 100% that this number has been high jacked.  I really get a lot of those type calls on my land line.  This is pretty sad that we hav such creeps.

I knew this was a robocaller but answered just to hear what was going to be said. The automated message was cut off, but like a previous commenter mentioned, there was something about fraud being detected on an account. I pressed 2 to get to customer service. Music played and then the line went dead. Blocked the number from calling me again...

Received a call from this number twice. Once this past Thursday 6-7-2019 and today 6-11-2019. Both times it was a recorded message telling me that there was unauthorized access to my account and tp push 1 to reactivate my account or 2 to speak to someone. The first time, the automated message disconnected me when I clicked "2" to speak to someone. I called Sprint back, they didn't care, told me it was a sales ploy and they will take me off the list. The 2nd time, the person did answer and told me to "F off" and to "clear the gunk out of my ears" when I asked to speak to a manager. I called Sprint back again and even the manager I spoke to was not concerned at all about this, even though the customer service I spoke to before I got to the manager said to me "this is the fourth incident of this time I have got today."

Although this number is a legitimate Sprint customer service #, it is definitely being used to scam people. This showed on my caller ID, i picked it up and there was some strange music playing and a strange automated voice said my account had been suspended and to press 1 or 2, can't remember which, to speak to someone. I've been with Sprint for over 10 years with no major issues. I hung up, called back and Sprint told me this was most likely a scam call. Really Sprint? Kinda figured that one out, but the real question is, what i going to be done about stopping the scam calls?

this is a scam. they call saying they are from sprint and that someone has purchased 2 iphones on your account and that your account is facing suspension, then they ask you for account numbers and pin numbers. Bullsh!t, i hung up and called sprint directly, verified that i didnt have any pending changes to my account and then he looked up the number in his system and told me that some other people had complained about this number with the same scenario as me. He told me that sprint will never ask you for your account number because they already have that. Be careful people, they will scam you and convince you to hand over your hard earned money. When in doubt hand up and dial 611 and you will connect directly with sprint. Never give out account information unless you make the call yourself to sprint. If you google the number it will take you to a fake sprint website.

Got a call from this number today, saying theyre from Sprint and my account was put on hold because two iphones were purchased and mailed to ny last night around 11:57 pm. He pretended like he was updating my account and contacting the NY police department and opening a case with them. Then he said when updating my account he would send a code to my phone for a temp login name. and that is the ONLY piece of information i gave him. and when he put me on hold it hung up. lies. he even made upa  fake name and employee id number.... Mark 163396.

Scam Alert!!! Received a call  Telling me my service was frozen due to fraudulent activity on my account and I immediately hung up and called back at *611  So that I knew I was talking to an actual Sprint representative and they forwarded me to the fraud department who informed me that Sprint never makes outgoing calls nor do they send texts asking you to confirm or update your pin.  So while it may blook like Sprint calling you from this number it is not.

Called to say your account would be cancelled.

called me and said that they are here to collect an at&T debt. they said my social which I agreed to and I denied that I have atandt account which I don't , said they were going to send me a packet to decline the charges.

2 days in a row, fake Sprint call about my account. I'm not with Sprint so this is a scam.

I believe this is s sprint phone number but - someone is spoofing the number

They called me Mr Jason instead of mr ( last name ).  It’s a scam
