It is an RBC partner trying to sell identity theft programs.

More likely a fraud artist trying to obtain account numbers.  I almost got taken once by someone claiming to be from RBC selling an Avion card.  The card never arrived,

Called, but no answer. Immediately hung up.

Just called, when i picked up it started ringing as if id made the call.  When someone picked up, they said hello and immediately hung up

Just got a call from  this number... no message... didn't answer.. then checked this site... now that I see what it *might* be, I will wait to see if they call back ever again, and if so... call block!

This number just called at 9:00pm.  I thought it was illegal for telemarketers, etc to call after 8pm.  Very annoying.  

just received a call from this number, my carrier said it's a U.S. number. Blocked it anyway without answering.

Almost got taken? If you were waiting for a card that never arrived. that means you gave them your info. Therefore you WERE taken. lol.

Got a call from this number, answered it and they used my full name. Claimed to be RBC and they were asking about a credit card. Definitely a fraud

this is RBC selling insurance on credit cards, no need to panic just say NO Thanks !!!! how hard is that? guess people are so paranoid that their bills are not being paid they are scared to answer the phone lmao

has  up withnot hing to do with someone's bills you clown...no one should have to put upwith people trying to sell stuff by calling me on my private phone line at home...especially after hours
