the call comes from RBC Insurance at www.zeddsolutions.com...if you call 888-214-2841 they will give you the number to have your name taken off their call list...that number is 647-727-1646.  There is also an email address on the above website...try doing both and hope it works!

Same thing happened to me! I've been getting these calls after I sat with an RBC representative around Christmas.

In the past two weeks, I have gotten a call daily, sometimes multiple calls. When my phone identifies it as a US based number, I do not answer.

I got the same call from this person. They said they were from Rbc and were trying to get me to buy life insurance. I had to tell her no 3 times. Its obviously not someone from Rbc if they keep pushing it, just seemed like she wanted my money. So annoying!

Got a call from this number and u was fortunate to have Ckean Sweeper and All tge CM familly installed on my Galexy S4 the wcreen said militias calles 62 ppl said this 2as a fishing number so I simply ignored it. Got to say Thanks to all the hard work of tge CM apps and the ppl sending reports. Be carful on what information you give....

Just make a call but no answer and immediately hang up.  It's very annoying and call very freuqent.

they just keep calling no messages no nothing and than hang up when you answer. try to call back and get told oversea packages are available. just hung up.

These calls come in at all times of the day from really early mornings to really late at night. The concerning thing is that the ID can come up with different names but its still the same number calling. They never left a message, when answered it would make like a click, be quiet and then hang up. Yet hours later or the next day it would be calling back yet again. Its almost like phone spam to disturb you or interrupt your life.

i get calls periodically from this #. I have a Blackbery and a BB app that blocks calls right when it rings. Very effective! The call never comes thru or rings.

Didn't know who this number was.  I don't owe anyone anything, thanks for the info, number added to the call blocker app.

This number left a message but my phone didn't ring. Perhaps I have it blocked. Anyway, I could hear music in the background, whistling part of it, then someone breathing

This guy trying to get my personal info. And telling be the benefits of health or life insurance. They said they are with the rbc. But sounds suspicious.

These [***] were calling every two hours...they still do but I don't notice it any more because I added them to a free call blocking application on my Android (available for Apple too, just search 'call blocker'), but I can still see them in the log.  So they can keep calling me all they want, they are just wasting their time lol.  I haven't even been with RBC for years, so even if I DID owe some sort of debt, which I don't, there's not a thing they can do about it (statue of limitation is 2 years upon which they can't do a thing except try to scare you).

The reason I wanted to know what this number was is because it was a united states number(I don't live there) and would charge my phone bill if I picked up.

Regardless of who these people are (and they are not people with any legitimate reason to call me), calling my personal cell phone multiple times a day every day is excessive, pointless, and an annoying harassment. Shame on RBC for being associated with this.

Answered by accident and was immediately transferred to a representative who said that he was calling on behalf of RBC Insurance.  He knew my name, and wanted to phish for more information (ie. If my household was a single or dual income).  I didn't provide any information and said "No thank you, I am not interested" 2 times and he ended the call.

Call Display shows RBC Royal Bank. It appears to be a Marketing company calling on behalf of RBC. (I understand they have dedicated lines) Who remembers Target? I had a Target RBC Mastercard which was replaced. (not activated as I don't need another card that's not linked to a store) They are trying to sell Credit Card Protection. When I said I haven't activated the card; He explained it doesn't cost anything until I have a balance, then tried to sell other products.
