Got this text message saying to call this number about problems delivering a package.  Problem is, I haven't ordered anything! 🤣

Also had pkg & signed up for fed ex notifications. My package had already been delivered. Scammers

I notified Fed Ex, talked to the web dept who wanted me to hold for their customer service as well? I got the run around from FedEx themselves...no wonder their notification software is being breached

Since the texts are coming from somewhere else, kindly explain how the software was "breached"?  Are you saying that simply because someone sent you a text claiming to be FedEx that it had to come from their software?

223-444-6124 just sent me a Phishing Text Message on my cell phone. Spiel went as follows, "We have a shipping issue for package ID###### delivery to Your Hometown, Your State. Your item was returned to us. Please call 1-888-215-2708. textStop2end." Other numbers used by this scammer are - 1-877-200-4238, 1-877-200-7238, 1-888-214-6825.

Got the same text message, called number and hung up when they wanted me to verify last 4 of social. No place I have ordered from uses my ss#. I too order a lot of stuff from AliExpress, I hope that there isn't some issue with there security.

It looks like a package scam, but is actually a rogue collection agency that commits multiple TCPA violations and FDCPA violations. While likely others as well, they are attempting to collects for Advance America checking cashing / pay day loan stores. Refuses to provide a physical address and will hand up if you ask too many questions. They only want payment via a card so that they don’t have to give out an address and risk attorney general, FTC, state banking/collection boards and lawsuits. Please post any information you come across that involves this place. They will also commit TCPA violations by texting numbers of known associates, presumably from a skip trade database of Lexis-Nexus. Currently working on trying to affect service on one of their VoIP telephone providers to compel information for legal process.

Text message said it was for a package delivery but turns out to be a loan place trying to collect a debt

Same here. Called number. Automated answering. Asked what I wanted. Said you are breaking up. Please call back when you can not break up

Says having trouble delivering a package

This number texted my mom who lives on the east coast saying their name was Joseph looking for my exboyfriend from 7 years ago. I called the number and a recording said it was SPP David Sims and wanted the phone number entered because it didn’t recognise mine. Seems like my ex got himself in trouble lmfao

Hate to burst your bubble but, no, simply no trouble at all.

If you took the time to read the other posts, you would be able to figure out it is a scam call.

More than likely it is a debt extortion scam, using the  "we have a package/documents to deliver to you"  trick, according to the other posts.
