Well these scammers decided to try a new number. Husband got a call on my phone from a Salina Gomez threating legal matters. So beware same scam new number

Previous # used was 888-212-4939 same exact message....

unknown company states they have a lawsuit again us and we asked for the name they are calling and it wasn't us  They ask for your number to take off their list.  We are on the do not call list for sometime now.  Don't know what the scammers will be up to next as previous call about social security income is stopped which was a phony call

"Jessica" calls from a restricted number, leaves voicemail. Does not state a company name, but says they are a  firm that will threaten legal action unless I call back at 888-21-4-8522 to deal with it. It is a scam, different number, as I have great credit, work in the financial industry in financial crimes and owe no one. I too am on the national do-not-call list but that does not stop the scammers.

They say you owe an outrageous amount of $ and that you will be served if you don't pay. A complete SCAM

I also received a call telling me to call as there is legal suit against me....and if I don’t call they will file suit against me anyway; they mentioned someone I knew over 10yrs ago, and I don’t owe anyone.

Keep calling saying they are from the IRS saying that I will be in jail by tomorrow if I don’t call them back.

Scam lawsuit

Got anonymous voice message from someone claiming to be Stacy Green, No company info. Got my first name and gender  completely wrong. Says there is a pending lawsuit and should call back the number 1-888-214-8522. Total scam as far as I can tell.

Same old bad grammar scam robocall say saying you will be "taken under custody". Got this one 2 or 3 times this week. Been on do not call list for years.

We just received a vm saying to call this number for a pending lawsuit against me or suit will move forward without me. I won’t be calling them back. No firm name, no court name, etc. I’m glad I googled the number.

Person called unknown left voicemail with this message total scam

Salina Gomez called stating there was a legal action pending. Total scam. I wish legal action would take these scum buckets out.

Called telling me there’s papers going to be served at my work place or home didn’t say what firm or company name at all

yes the same number 888-214-8522 , left a voice message , my phone didn't even ring , and said the same thing  that there is a law suit against me and that if I don't respond to this matter they will proceed with the law suit  , I called back from my end with a different number so they would not trace me , I left a message in their answering machine , saying that they must have the wrong number , because this is not my name and to check their number , so not to make the same mistake I gave them the  docket number they referred for me to call 19-1299 . Of course that it is a scam !, First of all I'm up to date with my obligations cards are paid up , I have no debt I'm up to date with all of my bills , if this were a serious matter, it would be done in writing , that's how legal matters are handled , don't fall for this SCAM ; many times , when I get this kind of calls I end up asking the questions and always the scammer can't handle the third degree and hangs up and if you have time play along with false information and waste their time .

Left a message on my phone that a family member will face legal action unless they get in contact. Person claims to be from Langston Bradshaw & Associates in Southern California.

they called me stating if I didn't call in 2 hours I will be arrested

Calling stating I owe money and legal action is singed off and going against me. Calls all hours of day and night. Have blocked their number but they calling from different numbers as well as unknown number. They don’t say who there are or where their from. I don’t know anyone in California. They call from number ending in 4412 from here as well.

They keep calling saying someone will be showing up at house with summons .  Serious legal matter and have sent certified mail which I never received
