Keeps calling and referring to himself as Jim Evans with the Rosenberg Lawfirm. Very, very rude and threatening to serve me at my job/home. He even called my HR department and asked for me. He had no idea of the amount of debt or the original debt collector. When I told him I had spoken to the original debt collector and it had already been resolved he started telling me I was lying and said he was sending someone to serve me now, good luck with it, and hung up on me. They call nonstop. No website or anything for this guy and his “company.”

Got a call "restricted" from someone saying the Sheriff's Department wants to make sure I'm home to serve a summons for a court date. Gives me a number to call Kent Campbell & Associates 888-214-1537. Talked to a very mean and vile person saying his name was Edward Blake. He had my Social Security number and some information about me. I ended up losing my cool and told him what a worthless person he is. Unfazed...guys psycho...ignore these folks, wish there were a way for law enforcement to track them down.

Received a call from someone stating that my Social Security number was tied to a persons name named April Henry...Said that they would continue on with the lawsuit if they didn’t receive a call back… Total scam

Received a call from a law firm stating that they had received my name and social security company and that they are threatening me with some sort of litigation and resolving the issue but if not then matters will be taken accordingly. Scary sounding but not sure as it is a OCN multiple listing according to True Caller. I have enough issues without people harassing me

I have received calls of this sort from local numbers or other numbers but ask to call back at a toll free number and then state that it is a legal matter regarding a lawsuit against me which will be filed even if I don’t call back to respond. I’ve had other calls stating I’ll recieve a summons to my home or work by at a certain time.

Called saying there was legal action against me, and that they were trying to serve me. Total crap!

Caller states his office had “forwarded paperwork” to my address and that he wanted to make sure l “was aware of what was transpiring in my name in their office”. Huh?  I have no idea who this person or business is and I have not received any “paperwork” from them. Very sad to be trying to pray on people during a pandemic.

Got email, not call. Full of spelling and grammar errors. This message, however, was apparently confirming my purchase of Microsoft Defender, which of course I didn’t buy. They forgot to put the amount I owed, which is odd, because isn’t that usually what scares people into calling?
