My mom got charged last month, and when she called the credit card company they gave her some BS that it was transferred to a chase account.  They charged again this month.  I looked it up online and saw the 800 numbers.  So why would the credit card company say it was a chase transfer?  My mom doesn't give her card number to anyone, especially that she doesn't know, she only pays two bills with her card and I pay them online through secure websites.  How did they get her number? I don't believe my computer is compromised, I've used my cards and my aunt and best friend have used their cards on my computer and nothing has happened.  She doesn't pick up phone numbers she doesn't know let alone give out her card info.

Your post helped me out you finally had the correct number to call 1-800-393-0658 I got to customer services and she agreed to can cel the subscription that I never made and she agreed to take off the 39.95. We got two magazine Billings from magazines we’ve never even heard from! One was dmmp and the other is pmk. I hope everyone can get this resolved

Is it for dmmp? I got help immediately calling 1-800-393-0658 the canceled and refunded the money. Well she said she would and gave me a reference number

Same thing happened to me. I still do not know how they got my information.
