Yes I received this exact same voicemail! Of course the beginning "got cut off" and so I have no idea who it is, where they're supposedly calling from or why, and then he proceeds to say the following, just as you posted. The man tells me to call that "888" number but the voicemail came through with 12014642487. Ugh.

I called and they hang up all the time. They only say where they are located but not the city. They hang up every time I ask them questions. Where they from? Who is using my number and that they removed me from the list. But every time I call back they hang up. Never gave them name just asked about how they have my number and how much I owned.

What I'd like to know, is how it is coming in on the voicemail, without the phone ringing??? By the way, I got the same message today, and have never had student loans.

Every transcript just about sums up the message I received from “Justin Noah”. However, I never got a call. I was sent a voicemail, out of the blue.
He mentioned that I never finished my application for the student lower payment loan. (Which is what I am currently doing, already. And have been since March of 2019.)
The call came from Trenton, TN (731-470-9380) but I was told to call (888-231-5805) instead. I’m so glad I did my research before my panic took over.

This is the one that I just got. I’ve also gotten text messages for the same reason, despite never applying for student loan forgiveness. He also never says my name directly.

Just now got the same call and let voice mail do its job. Per the FDCPA, debt collectors cannot leave graphic messages like the one coming from this number. Even if they know the only person answering is the debtor. It is a violation of the FDCPA to leave graphic messages like that. TOTAL SCAM!

I just received a call from them. I do have loans and I did apply for loan forgiveness but I feel this is wrong if it's a scam. I really need help but you're scamming me which will mess up anything I have credit and all. Messed up not only for me but for others in this situation too.

I received a phone call with the (888) 231-1249 phone number as the call back number. But, the number shown when the call came through was ‭(419) 219-9472‬ and for voicemail this number was shown ‭(405) 233-0628‬. How, this is achieved I have no clue. But, it is definitely suspicious. And, I have no student loan to forgive either.

I got the exact same call on 03/03/2020 from a person named "Adrian" I have a newer phone number and have gotten student loan calls for over 6 months. I don't have a student loan nor have requested any info. Their callback number was 888-231-1249. Of note: when they called, my phone never rang. It went straight to voicemail.
