Keep getting calls.  Always in spanish!  Can't get off their list!!!

A few months ago I called a company called Lexico asking for some english programs for some elderly people with whom I work with who where interested in a product. After I got the information I wanted I said I was not interested. Since then, they have been calling non stop regarding my request to erase my name and telephone number from their list

This number has called multiple times. Each and every time they call I kindly ask that they stop calling. I have informed them that I am on the National Do Not Call list and that I will report them to the FCC if they continue to call. The company name is Lexington and they call promoting Ingles sin Barreras and Olympia Cookware(?)
I have had it with these people!!!! They pretend to be nice but in fact r rude!!!

Some one called at 9:30 at night, speaking Spanish, and demanding to know who has called to his number, person was very rude. I hope that the telemarketing company, or who ever is calling gets sued.

if JD is correct about this number being lexicon, then lexicon is car audio company! so why are they calling us! today was the first time they called me! i didnt answer b/c im at work and they didnt leave a message!

1-888-231-7557 belongs to "http://www.lexiconmarketing.com/" which are english courses for spanish speakers like "Inglés sin Barreras" programs

i recently received a call from this number wanting to speak to me. apparently its a company called lexicon and i just realized that its my car insurance company, but when i call back the number it says mexico marketing...

someone please just tell me how to stop them!!!!!! its wasting all my minets and for no good reason!!!!!!

I never answer calls from 800 numbers or numbers that I do not recognize (even if I'm expecting a call from a number I don't know, I let people leave messages) so I usually don't pay attention to these kinds of calls.  Recently, however, I have received more and more calls from this number because I actually recognize it to be the same number over and over again.  Just typing this number into Google brings back a ton of negative results.  

You gotta love that under their website (listed in another post above) their "Do Not Call" Policy states:
"If you do not want to be contacted, and want to be placed in Lexicon’s Internal Do Not Call List, please call 888.231.7557 and leave your contact information or send an email to donotcall@lexiconmarketing.com with your complete name and phone number. Please allow 30 days to process your request. If your request is not applicable a Lexicon agent will contact you back."

Does anyone still get these calls? I got it for the first time today and its been 2 calls in the past 20 minutes so far! How did people deal with this back in 2007?

I get at least 5 to 6 calls on my cell phone per day from this number, when I call it back to ask to be removed from the call list they cuss me out -- that's if I am lucky to get an operator that speaks english. I am so sick of it! Any idea they name of the company?

They get list of numbers that are old and have our numbers.They say sometimes someone gives your number out instead of theirs when getting a quote.
If you really want something done.Call the person in charge of the Do not call department in company or email.Do it repeatedly see how they like it.Trust me they will get your emails and calls.His name is Nicolas Ospina.

Didn't read all posts but this number is registered to Lexicon Marketing in L.A. California.  The CEO is Valeria Rico and she has a Linked In account.  The customer service number is 800.650.4444, they also have a opt out process that takes a month to complete.  Maybe a few calls every day to get it removed will speed up the process.
