- Caller: law offices of Arnon, Occonor and Bach
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Scott| 1 replySame comments as all of the above, but do appreciate 'Sheri' (Mrs Spinelli) vouching for their legitimacy.
- Caller: Spinelli, O'Connor and Bach
- Smart person replies to Sheri| 6 repliesYes this is a scam...even if you owe a debt they can't leave messages like they do. They pray on low IQS...IGNORE THEM
- Not stupid replies to ScottYes.. record them and turn them over to law enforcement...it works...
- BigA replies to Smart person| 2 repliesSheri posted here over a year ago. As a "Smart person" I would have thought that you would have known that since it is clearly posted right under her screen name. I would have also thought that a "Smart person" would have kept on reading to learn more.

- Tygerkat replies to Smart person| 2 repliesIt's "prey" not "pray". You might want to re-think your username.
- BigA replies to Tygerkat| 1 replyI just called 911 for "Smart person" after that burn! :)
- Tygerkat replies to BigA:-D
- LonnerI had a similar situation with another company: LVNV. Would not stop calling and sent me collection letters. I have no debt whatsoever. At one point they sold the "debt" to a legit collection agency whom I promptly reported to the Feds and US Attorney General. After the legit collection agency receive a letter from the Feds I received a call from them APOLOGIZING for the error! Have not heard from LVNV since, though I suspect this "new caller/company" may somehow be affiliated. :-( Please report them and continue to report them. It takes just a few minutes!
- Caller: not identified

- Homeland security replies to nopeI received the same message that you did doesn't sound legit be wise and be cautious

- James MunschLeft me a text his name is Mr Spinelli anin regards to an issue being filed in our office concerning my name and social security number and was i aware of whats been filed and if i received the documentation, which i didn't receive.
- Caller: Armand, O'Conner aand Bach
- Call type: Text message
- StraderSame scripted Mr. Spinelli message as others. No prior outstanding obligations, no collection letters, and no usage of a name they are attempting to contact (biggest red flag for me as well as referring to a social security number). Caller ID comes in as a local 919 number. Have been blocking this number since April '19 for not leaving messages and today they finally left one, not much real urgency I guess. I will take the advice on the first page and keep and turn over the recording and caller ID log as harassment if a new call is made.
- Caller: Armin, Spinelli, and Boch

- Suspect replies to SheriReally “Sheri”, not that clever... Robo caller fishing scam.
