I got the same call. I dont have any outstanding debt. Most of the comments I've read said the same thing. 1 said he dont even use credit cards..SCAM!!!!

They have called our house for 6 months.  Say that we have 72 hours to respond or legal action is being taken. LOl, still waiting. Contact your local police department for harassment. They are jokes.

They cannot collect on OLD TIME BARRED DEBT.  They Buy debt from other Agencies.  Do Not Fall For Their Scam. Do Not Let Them Email You Documents either. Have them mail and validate the debt/contract (Original one).

Received a message almost word for word as all the others on here.

Received a message stating I (my name was used) and my spouse need to call regarding a "breach of contract. I'm not married. This is surely a scam.

Called my place of employment.   This number is a government number that is NOT linked to my name in any way shape or form.    Total scam

looked into it I have no loans and no cards this is fraud

Received the exact call today 10/4/18 from area code 301 but leaving same toll free

Richard Goldberg from Armin, O'Conner & Bach left a voice message on my phone for someone who is not me.  Said there is a debt and if I don't call back he will have to make a decision on my behalf, or rather the person he thinks he was calling.  He did not note in the voice message at any point the "mini-Miranda", etc.

On 10/11/2018 received call from Spinelli of O'Connor and Bach to call the following nbr, 1-888-247-3797 regarding a debt claim attached to my ssn and phone nbr. Appears to be a scam since I do NOT have any bills.

They must have gotten rid of Armin, maybe he didn't scam enough money out of people.  In any case, you should be reading the other posts as there is information on what to do about this already posted.
